Dr. Santos is a wonderful family physician. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is an excellent diagnostician, asking the right questions and ordering the tests necessary to find out what ails his patients. He is kind, has a caring bedside manner, and is attentive to his patient's needs.

On April the 12th 2022 I called the office to see about getting a test for mold exposure ( I recently found out that there was mold in my home). I had a difficult time getting the person to understand what I needed as she kept speaking on my past appointments & test. Finally she asked me to hold & came back to tell me the nurse would call me but as of today I have not received a call. I want to be clear my issue is with the dismissal of my health concerns by the nurse. I definitely recommend Dr G Santos. My husband ( until he passed) and I have been patients for well over 15 years. I cannot tell you how many times his decision-making in consultation with many different specialists saved my husband’s life in that time period. My husband passed while out of the country; I often wonder what if… Dr Santo is straight-forward, to the point; expects only in return you follow his directives. Never once have I not had a question or concern addressed, nor at any time did I feel rushed. Dr Santos is caring, respectful and shows compassion. Dr Santos is a physician that really cares about his patients. My husband has a severe disability and Dr Santos himself makes sure he gets back into our vehicle safely. Any issues are taken care of promptly by his office. What a wonderful man with a wonderful practice.

I have always been very impressed with Dr. Santos and his office manager,Maria. Dr. Santos is very knowledgeable in all areas and always takes the time to answer any questions. Maria is extremely personable and professional, as her smile brightens up the office.

Dr. Santos and staff are very good. They have shown me respect and concern. I have been on SSD for many years due to my work as a Plumber and Boiler mechanic. I have Asbestosis and many Herniated discs in my back. I wish I never moved away from the area of his practice.

A great doctor who cares about his patients;

Literally the worst doctor. Didn’t address any issue I came for, berated me for being uninsured (during the COVID pandemic, of all times), and the one medication I was prescribed he didn’t even discuss with me anything about it. He was not only unhelpful, but rude and insulted me constantly. Honestly a horrible doctor and person.

He is the most down-to-earth doctor that I've gone to. I trust his judgment, he truly cares about what you have going on & he isn't afraid to be real with you. Some people can't handle the truth but I believe honesty gets the best results. Thanks, Doc!

Dr Santos has been my doctor for many years and he is excellent he always answers my questions he doesn’t rush me and always has treated me with respect and dignity and has always been honest about what is best for my health even he no longer accepts my health insurance I still kept him as my doctor because he is that good. All these reviews must be fake from friends and family. This place was horrible. A decent decor hides an unprofessional, rude and incompetent staff. During the 90 minute wait to even be registered 2 other patients walked out and I learned and then the insurance handler came out to tell me CIGNA pulled their coverage from the office but it should be fixed in a couple days.... I really need to see a doc so I stuck it out. I drew the line when my medical assistant never heard of my VERY common BP med and had to ask me how to spell it... See ya!
