I need the opportunity to communicate with my dr.

I wish all of my doctors would be as thorough, engaging, knowledgable and positive as Dr. Ackroyd. I feel seen and heard and equipped with an action plan when I leave his office. Could not ask for better care. His assistants and techs and office setting are great. I spent a night here for a very comfortable sleep study and the care I received was five stars.

Always leave Dr. Ackroyd's office feeling understood and cared for, with a great action plan. He takes all questions and makes me feel a partner in my care. I spent a night at the office for a sleep study. His staff and techs have always made for for a very comfortable experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this guy. Exceptionally knowledgeable about sleep apnea and will do whatever it takes to get you positive results. Dr. A is the best.

I am 77 years old and unfortunately, because of several significant health issues, I see a lot of doctors. I saw Dr. Ackroyd yesterday. I found him to be caring and compassionate. He really listened to me. He even asked me ' Is there anything you want to talk about. Do you have any concerns.' Most doctors do not ask those questions. I will not hesitate to see Doctor Ackroyd again.

Very knowledgeable and puts his patients at ease immediately. Highly recommended.

By far one of my favorite doctors and that is saying a lot as I see a large handful regularly. He is smart, funny and is very direct in giving you the cold truth about what’s going on with you and will work hard to help you overcome it. If you need a sleep doctor, you need to see Dr. Ackroyd.

Dr Akroyd couldn't tell me how much it would cost for office visits and to get a sleep analysis three years ago when I was diagnosed with sleep apnia. I have a CPAP machine and I buy silicone/plastic masks. In Nov I tried to buy my supplies (they are not a perscription) and he refused to approve them as a 'perscription'. This way he could force me to pay him for an office visit. I asked the receptionist how much does an office visit cost and she said she didn't know. The Dr. is unscrupulous.

I was Dr. Ackroid's last patient of the day and he spent 1 1/2 hours with me! I have sleep apnea, but I'm also weak and can't sleep. I appreciate the time he took with me so mucjh!

Dr. Ackroyd is highly knowledgeable in the field of sleep medicine, and his concern and compassion for patients are of the highest order.
