I had my appointment with Lo and it was great! This was my first time getting Botox and I was so thankful it was with her. She was so knowledgeable and gave me information on every injection treatment we could do for the problem areas that I had. I had what I thought was an appointment scheduled with Lauren, their injector. This was my second time seeing her, I made an appointment about a month in advance after messaging with her about it on Instagram. I received a confirmation email two times. The day I showed up for my apt, it appeared they had double booked me. Lauren could not have been more rude and unapologetic. I had been looking forward to and saving money for filler for weeks. She blamed the whole booking issue on me and sent me on my way without even a simple “sorry”. I started crying in the waiting room from how poorly she was treating me. She continued to take no blame or admit fault in her scheduling system after the fact when she realized there was an issue on their end. All she could say was “sorry I made you feel bad”. Since my very first appointment, it’s been very apparent that my satisfaction is number one priority. I recently got my Botox done by Dr. Buford, and the results are amazing! He is very detail oriented, and he has an eye for face symmetry that clearly shows through his work. Dr. Buford knows many different techniques that can get you your perfect look. He is the best in town for your injection and filler needs!

The staff was professional and kind and very patient and helpful. They took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking them. This was my first injection experience and I got my lips done with 1ml. I had put it off for years out of fear of duck lips or prominent lumps or other horror results we've all seen from others. Trusting Dr. Buford was the absolute right choice. From the time I left the office I could tell the look was exactly what I wanted. even the swelling looked good and once it subsided the results were exactly what I described wanting. A noticeable natural plump, almost like you get after eating spicy food, but permanent(ish). And it looks NATURAL. No thick line above my top lip, no weird protrusion, no dough roll look, he even noticed and corrected notching and asymmetry that I had previously. I had so many questions and concerns surrounding a Breast Augmentation procedure but Dr. Buford put my mind at ease and really made sure to explain everything in depth and answered all of my questions regarding all of the different options there are out there in terms of implant type and everything related to that. Well, I went with Beauty by Buford after what i thought was thoroughly researching breast augmentation surgeons, but this was a horrible decision. I got breast implants a few years ago and everything seemed to be fine until one of my breasts started looking deformed I had went to go get a mamogram because it was during the whole Allergan recall and thats the manufacturer of the implants Dr buford had used for my implants. Well I didnt have cancer but they said my right implant was ruptured so I explained I hadnt had any accident or trauma and the doctor explained that its called a "silent rupture" which is when the medical equipment fails on its own. So one would think that a warranty would cover this or a GOOD surgeon would stand behind his work and fix this. Not only are they not fixing this for free but they were doubling the price on surgical procedures in the quote they gave me and during a pandemic none the less! So now im stuck with an implant thats been leaking inside my body for almost a year! If your looking for a reputable surgeon I would go elsewhere! I went to Dr. Buford for Botox and unfortunately was very disappointed. I will say his office staff is wonderful, always very kind and helpful. I’ve been getting Botox for about 5 years, so when I went in for my appointment I told him where I like it injected based on how my muscles react. Well he quite literally did the opposite, but I thought I’d give it a chance. Well 2 weeks later, I wasn’t pleased. My eyebrows dropped significantly and my forehead wrinkles were still very much there. At my follow up appointment I told him that the treatment hadn’t achieved the results I wanted. He replied with “I politely have to disagree”. I said that my eyebrows were very low and I wanted a lift, plus I didn’t see a difference where he injected under my eyes or above my lip. He said “well this is the best I can do”. I am mostly disappointed that he wasn’t even concerned with whether or not I was happy - he didn’t even ask. It has been 6 weeks since my appointment and the Botox is GONE! Usually it lasts about 4 months for me. For $14/unit I expected a much better experience. Other reviewers have mentioned they felt a sense of arrogance from Dr. Buford and unfortunately I have to agree. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Buford on 9-3-20 and can say with full confidence that I had a 5 star experience from start to finish! I considered a few other doctors in the area as well as across the country. Dr. Buford stood out due to his attentiveness to my needs, technique and knowledge. During my in-person consult, we discussed my goals, viewed my "wish pics", reviewed my lifestyle and took some measurements. Based on those things, Dr. Buford and I were able to decide on a size range to be able to accomplish my desired look. In the OR, Dr. Buford made the final decision on the size that would look best according to what we discussed. I am a little over 3 months post op from breast augmentation and WOW I could not be happier with my results! After a couple pregnancies and nursing babies I had lost almost everything I had! I am tall and very slender and with no breast tissue and was very self conscious! I met with Dr Buford and Jen for my consultation, they were absolutely wonderful! I had breast implants done 10 months ago, and Dr. Buford knocked it out of the park. If you are trying to decide weather or not to use him as your doctor, you should 100% do it!! This is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. His staff is welcoming and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
