I broke a veneer while on vacation and they saw me right away, which was great. They glued it back on pretty quickly, but the bite felt off and it fell off again within a few hours. When I called to let them know, they not only said they wouldn't give me a refund ($135), but also let me know that they would not try to fix it again. Some residual glue from the original veneer was still there, and I think it probably should have been removed before trying to re-attach. Attention to detail seems like it should be a priority. I have extreme anxiety going to the dentist, but Dr. Carson and his staff are the best! I actually go every 6 mths now, and even have had several crowns. I highly recommend them, very thorough ,professional and very nice.

Friendly, professional, courteous , efficient...all apply to Dr. Greg and his entire staff here. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there is genuine concern for both appropriate treatment for, and the safety of, each client. A 5-star review for a great place to go for all your dental needs!

Receptionist Bobbie was just wonderful, very accommodating, the dentist and the hygienist were also very good. All around we were very happy and have found our new dental office.

First time visit, very short wait, staff very professional and very competent. The facility was very clean and well equipment. Parking not an issue. If your looking for a dental office I would recommend.

I've known Dr. Carson for a long time and wouldn't have any other Dentist work on my teeth. He's professional, knowledgeable and everything is always clean. His staff is top notch. I always recommend him to friend's.

I highly recommend this dental practice! The receptionist, Bobbi, is very helpful and always returns my calls promptly—even on a weekend! She was able to get an antibiotic called in for me so I wasn’t in pain all weekend waiting for a root canal! Dr. Carson is very professional and personable! ????????Pitt grad—Go Panthers!

This was my second visit at Dr. Carson's office. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. My mouth was a little sore from stress that I have been dealing with these past few months. The hygienist took her time and was very gentle while cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Carson's practice.
