Dr. Ellis cares about his patients and his staff is always kind and helpful. I have seen him for last 4 or 5 years and found he is one of the best in his field. The only thing that would need improvement is the insurance coverage he is able to take.

Really unfortunate experience without even meeting the doctor. I was given Dr. Ellis' name from another doctor I was trying to get an appointment with who was not taking on new patients. I saw mostly positive reviews and gave Dr. Ellis' office a call. I was told that they would need to ask some questions to see if he could take me on as a patient. Got a call today that because he is not sure of my "progressive treatment plan" that he could not take me on. Now the reason for the poor review is not because he wont see me, again I only called because he was referred. There are plenty of great doctors out there. That's not the issue. The issue is why BS and make up some reason that he is not sure of my plan when there is no way he could know that since we have never met!? I think it was for the best since if this is how they operate, I am not interested anyway. Looking at his scope of expertise it looks like he doesn't focus on what I am looking for in either case which would have been a totally reasonable response. To top it off his staff member Rachael left me a voicemail saying "sorry hope you find someone else" which felt condescending and unnecessary. Just poorly handled all the way around. I can’t even tell you how amazing I feel. I’ve been able to resolve problems I’ve had for my entire adult life. I thought certain parts of my life were never changing, but thanks to some bravery, coupled with a knowledgeable and caring psychiatrist, my life has been incalculably blessed. As a therapist (LCSW) I have referred clients to Dr. Ellis when they needed medication provided by a specialist. He is by far my favorite resource for psychiatric care. Warm, friendly, professional, gifted.

I would recommend Dr. Ellis to anyone seeking assistance as they strive to improve their health and their lives. I can’t tell you how much Dr. Ellis’s help has enabled me to better reach my goals. It would probably be more impressive if you knew the full extent of my condition, but I don’t feel comfortable sharing EVERYTHING with the internet yet. The wounds are still fairly fresh, you know?

Dr Ellis is amazing!

Easiest person to talk to. I never thought I would be able to find someone so understanding. I recommend this Doctor to everyone, he is the BEST!

Out of all the doctors I’ve been too, I’ve never had someone so great like Dr. Ellis! Dr. Ellis is very kind, understanding, and willing to do whatever it takes to help you out. He genuinely cares about you and is very experienced in his field. I would recommend him to all.

Dr Ellis is an extraordinary doctor who geniunally cares about his patients. It is rare to find such a gem in this profession. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I write this review based on 15 years experience with people who have been treated by Dr. Ellis. Even if difficult times he has professionally provided services with the greatest care and circumspection.I have found him to be man of intergrity and spiritual insight. He has has providied those with wholm I have a cloise relatiionship with meaningful services for which I am grrateful. While the payments have been challenging at times, I believe they have been worth every dolllar. I write this review based on 15 years experience with people who have been treated by Dr. Ellis.
