Dr Frost is the BEST. I have gotten better because of him. He is VERY experienced and KNOWABLE of his work. The Very Best Chiropractor. Abbey, his dog is my baby and Cindy is wonderful at her job. I ???? them all!!!! They treat me like family!!

Very kind and professional staff. Dr. Frost is very knowledgeable and kind - a combination rarely found in doctors these days. I am so glad I was referred here and am looking forward to actually resolve my back and neck pain issues.

Dr. Frost is by far one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever seen. Knowledgeable, kind, and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

I highly recommend Frost Chiropractic! I was in a bad car accident when I was younger that now affects me in my adult life. Dr. Frost has helped me rehab my neck + upper body to where i feel little to know pain anymore. Dr. Frost is friendly, knowledgable and very professional.

A few years ago, I slipped and fell on a rock in Anza-Borrego State Park. I broke my fall with my index finger. After a few minutes, I continued on my hike and completely forgot about the fall. A couple weeks later, my arm stopped functioning. I didn’t have any arm strength to open a door or prepare dinner. Friends and family told me I needed to see a surgeon. I went to Dr. Frost instead. He started treatment after reviewing X-rays to make sure I didn’t need medical attention. After a month of treatment, I regained full use of my arm and felt stronger than before the accident. I picked Dr Frost from a list of covered providers after a neck injury put a damper on my marathon training. I could not have been luckier, because not only did he help me quickly recover from that, but also from a later back injury that almost kept me from running the race. I've been a patient of Dr. Frosts' over the past year. I came in with neck pain and numbness down my right arm. I have gone to Dr. Frost for over 10 years. He has helped me recently with migraines and I also had ACH surgery last summer. After being off my feet for a couple of months, my lower back was hurting from laying down and sitting so much. He did adjustments and showed me exercises that I could do to help with the strain on my lower back muscles. During the healing process of my left ACH, I always felt like I was leaning to the right, this Dr. Frost told me was caused by my hip being out of place on the right side making my right leg shorter than my left which he fixed. In 2009 I had surgery on my left knee. I had a torn meniscus and the knee was locking. After the surgery, I went to see Dr. Frost for physical therapy to get every aligned again. My migraines are genetic and are usually controllable with meds but a few times a year, the meds just aren't enough so I go see Dr. Frost to have my neck adjusted and that helps greatly. We have been patients of Dr. Frost for more than 5 years. Joan has suffered occasional lower back issues stemming from an old injury. It was one of these that first brought her to Dr. Frost. She was impressed by his medical knowledge and professional and caring manner. He quickly had her feeling better and showed her some back exercises she could do on her own and help keep problems away. Dennis has had issues in the knees, legs, and back. Joan had been so impressed by Dr. Frost that when Dennis had a knee episode he went to see him. Dennis was just as impressed by Dr. Frost as Joan had been and, as in Joan’s case Dennis was soon feeling better and was given exercise instructions for the knees. Since then, whenever either of us has had any issue, it’s been “Call Dr. Frost.” He is knowledge of the human body and how it works is amazing. Seeing him is always a pleasure: he is good natured, friendly, humorous and approachable. And here is the key part: Dennis has been to various chiropractors over the years and always had the impression that there was no curing going on – just making the patient temporarily feel better so that he will come in again next week. Dr. Frost recognizes specific areas that require special attention to conditioning and strengthening. He is without hesitation supportive by physical manipulation to my spine and posture. With his outstanding knowledge, Dr. Frost continues to properly suggest common exercise, weight machines and equipment that enhance daily activities. His insistence to focus on strengthening my upper, mid and low back musculature proves the benefit to increase my strength and endurance. Dr. Frost is highly recommended for anyone who needs direction for maintenance; most importantly, he is also extremely valuable to me because I have the ability to function and move with a full range of motion. Dr. Frost is an amazing Chiropractor. He's helped both me and my husband, especially my husband, for over 20 years now. He's very knowledgeable in the area of nutrition, acupuncture and sports medicine. Most of all, he's very easy going and has a way of putting his patience at ease. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frost's for several years and wouldn't even consider going to another Chiropractor. It all started with a severe back strain and I was able to get into see Dr. Frost and start treatment within an hour after my initial phone call. He understood my need and made the time to start right away. He provided me with a plan to get well and within a few visits was pain free. I go regularly now for monthly adjustments or if I need an adjustment right away, he'll fit me in. In addition the office staff are easy to work with on scheduling, insurance coverage, and payment.
