I had appointment March 2020 for yearly exam and new script for glasses. Vision changes caused me to need a updated script. During the exam I was told she could easily get my vision to 20/25 but when I asked if it was possible to get it to 20/20 she said yes she could but it would take too much time and refused. They happily wrote the script which was basically the same as the one in my current glasses and sent me to their optical shop to get new glasses that ranged from $460-800+ For the lenses. I refused to get new glasses till the correct script was provided. Guess what, they still didn’t have the time. The rest of the exam was ok but I saw a retina specialist the following week because my problems weren’t addressed by Vision One. I have early glaucoma and other issues which vision one didn’t address. Don’t go there. Believe the ratings you find for them. I only went because of insurance. Won’t make that mistake again.
