Dr. Gregory J Ludlow

This man is completely incompetent and is not interested in helping anybody. He is nearly impossible to reach and then finds reason to rudely dismiss people over the phone. He is in the roll of referring patients but does not understand how his own medical/insurance system works. A psychologist with some anger management issues.

A real sh-thead.

Just terrible at his job. He does everything possible to avoid giving you a psychiatrist, while being rude, condescending, and without any sign of compassion. That he is the point person for new patients is a black mark on BI.

Don't even bother calling this guy or their clinic, we waited 3 weeks for him to call us back, and when he did he answered one or two questions, got impatient with me translating for my mother and simply hung up on us. This is the worst experience weve had with ANYONE in the US within professional business environment behave in such unprofessional way. Disturbing someone with such short temper holds such important position!

I am not sure who appointed him as a doctor or furthermore as a filter between a patient and the clinic. He has absolutely no sense of what the patient is experiencing. He never answers the number the clinic provides you to schedule an appointment. listening to a few other fellows, there is a belief that BIDMC could not find a right job to fit him and therefore came up with this middle of the road non-sense position which harms patients enormously.
