Griffith Hsu

I made an appointment with Dr. Hsu for a nasal issue. He literally spent 2-3 minutes on the whole visit start to finish, didn’t even look at my whole nasal passage, prescribed an antibiotic, and charged almost $300 for the appointment. I would never recommend or return to Dr. Hsu again. He clearly is out to make money with little regard for patient interaction or care.

Dr. Hsu he was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable with him I would recommend him to my family and friends

The visit lasted not even 5 minutes. Didn't perform a full exam. AVOID. Unprofessional.

Do not see this ENT. Terrible experience from start to finish. I would not see this doctor again or ever recommend him. Curt and dismissive behavior from nurse, Dr. Hsu and audiologist. He missed two key diagnosis, which were detected quickly when I got a second opinion. Moreover, I received a $450 charge for a procedure that was never performed. Please check out other ENTs within this practice group, but do not start with this doctor. I've only listed one star, because zero stars was not an option here.

Poor "bedside manor" with rushing through the appt. He did not listen to what I was telling him and did not seem like a caring or symptheitic doctor. I would not recomend him because I still have pain in my ear.

Dr. Griffith Hsu is the worst ears, nose, and throat doctor I’ve ever had. He was 5 minutes late to my appointment, normally I wouldn’t mind, except he rushed through the next 6 minutes of my actual appointment. I was only in his office for 6 minutes. He also brushed off many symptoms I was expressing, as if they weren’t important enough for him to hear. A couple weeks later I got a CT scan referred by him. He claimed that the CT was normal but yet there are indications showing up, along with the symptoms I have, that point towards chronic sinusitis and inflammation of the ethmoid air ways - which are very treatable things. And Dr. Hsu says my extreme discomfort in my throat and nose are normal? I feel his adequacy is diminished and he should probably study his field harder and have more patience if he actually wants to make a difference in people’s lives. Dr. Hsu and his surgery scheduler fraudulently claimed they would perform my Uvula extraction at no charge if my insurance did not cover it. I am still being billed by his office for the procedure after numerous disputes by billing over this. Do NOT trust this doctor or his staff.

Dr Hsu performed 4 ear surgeries on me in a year and a half. I complained of symptoms after my final surgery and he told me I should see a neurologist because he has done everything he can for me. Moved out of state and saw an ear surgeon and had to have 2 surgeries within one week of each other. When I went to see him I had partial hearing and after the 4th operation was totally deaf. Not sure if I will ever regain my hearing. Seemed nice but I would suggest finding a competent surgeon because he didn't know what he was doing in my case.

My hearing was WAY better before he treated me. doctors aren't supposed to make you worse than you were, then ignore you afterwards. I now have to find a competent ENT who can hopefully repair the damage done. Bad choice on my part.

Dr. Hsu's staff was so poor at helping me plan and prepare for my surgery, that I felt uncomfortable trusting them with my well being during surgery.
