Once you’re able to get an appointment (which takes way too long), the doctor is very knowledgeable, if not especially friendly. The real challenge is his team. If you are experiencing an issue, the receptionist “qualifies” you (HIPPA? Need to know?) then passes you on to either a triage nurse or a care team. And they never call you back. Never.

DO NOT use Dr. Liang. He ignores direct orders from primary care providers and puts your life at risk. Legal action is pending.
