Dr. C is the best! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional, but unlike so many surgeons, he has the best bedside manner. He addressed all of my concerns, he was warm and caring, and he did an excellent job. I feel 10 years younger and absolutely love the results of my eyelift and lower facelift. I will be seeing him again for future procedures and I will continue to recommend him to friends and clients. All in all just a wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. C!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Cappuccino and his entire team. I had bilateral brachioplasty with liposuction performed in March 2022 and have been beyond happy with my results. I felt like Dr. Cappuccino listened to my concerns and was able to give me results that make me so much more confident now. Him and his team at the office are so friendly and helpful and I always felt comfortable there. I would 100% go back to him in the future for other reconstructive procedures that I plan to get.

I went to Dr. Cappuccino for a Tummy Tuck and Arm Lift after lap band surgery 10 years prior. It was time and he was and is amazing. It has been a year now and the only thing I can say it I wish I would have done it sooner. The personal care that I received not only from Dr. C but from the staff was amazing. I went for my 1 year check up and was blown away by the before and after pictures. I have scheduled my next procedure for November and I'm sure I will be just as pleased. In December 2021 I went to Dr Capppuccino's practice for an abdominoplasty. While there the staff were amazing, kind and informative. I unfortunately had some complications about a week after my surgery. I got covid and then ended up getting a really bad infection in my incision. I ended up having to be in the hospital for 4 days. The lead up to getting me to the ER I was in constant contact with Dr Capp's office. They directed me what to do, what to look out for and when it was time to get further treatment. They checked in with me every day leading up to the hospital as well as after. Unfortunately I did have to go back under with Dr. Cappuccino in order to clean out an abscess. It was right before everyone was taking off for the holiday and he managed to work with his team to get me in as the last patient. For someone that is never at a loss for words, I am finding it hard to properly combine my words to express my gratitude and sheer awe of Dr. Cappuccino. My son was hit by the end of a baseball bat in the head, a prominent and focal spot on his handsome face. The laceration was large and deep, leading the ER to express their concern suturing him there. The ER was concerned with the esthetic piece of the laceration, and the risk of a visible scar, combined with the multi-layer and complex nature of the laceration. They wanted a plastic surgeon to see and treat my son, which the local hospital could not provide. Through a wonderful friend, I was connected to Dr. Cappuccino, and here is where the sheer awe comes into play.... Dr. Cappuccino met us at his office, at 9:30pm at night, where he welcomed us with a warm smile, kind words, and an immediate sense of relief. Dr. Cappuccino was beyond amazing with my son, making him comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Cappuccino did the same for my husband and I; we fell into comfortable conversation, which reduced our nerves and anxiety and oddly, made us feel almost relaxed. We were able to sit with my son as he had three layers of sutures professionally and meticulously done, all the time Dr. Cappuccino chatting with us while paying close attention to my son and the desire to close the wound and aim for as little scarring as possible. I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience from start to finish. It took me years to finally get the courage to have a breast augmentation, and I did extensive research on the procedure, size, and, most importantly, the surgeon. I recently met with Dr. C to discuss the ptosis in one of my eyelids (droopy eyelid) and what surgical options were available. After our consultation, I decided to proceed with the upper blepharoplasty procedure and the tightening of the muscle causing the ptosis. My results were nothing less than spectacular! Within days I was receiving compliments on how fresh my face looked. My eyes popped again, and that tired look was gone. I cannot say enough about my experience working with Dr. C and his team. I was unsure if she needed stitches, but it was a pretty good cut- called the pediatrician & no available appointments. My Mom said , "I know a guy!" I am not happy how I was treated by Dr. Cappuccino. I had to take a test to see if I was smoking. That was after he chewed me out in front of the nurse. I was treated like a criminal. I should have just refused and left! Totally unprofessional!

I’m extremely disappointed with Dr. Cappuccino’s staff and customer service. I’ve referred friends, my sisters and now my daughter, to Dr. cappuccino.They’ve lost 4 clients and all over 50 dollars. This is not about the money, but about the principle. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of this situation even after speaking with Helena. I suggest you’re careful when they take your fifty dollar deposit, they automatically charge your credit card, you don’t have option of payment for your services, I highly disagree with that. If you get a procedure done, you should be able to pay for it, however you want, they have no business charging your credit card. My daughter had 200 in gift cards and yet they charged the 50 dollars on her credit card. Their customer service has really gone down hill! I will never recommend him again and neither will any of my sisters. I can say we will not be returning to his office again! My 17 month old son busted his lip at daycare yesterday. In a panic, I was searching for urgent cares around Frederick (that’s where daycare is located) but while on google maps, I thought Dr. C’s office was in Frederick. Of course it’s located in Mt. Airy which is right down the street from us. I called them but they informed me the doctor was in the OR all day, but the receptionist told me she’ll call me back after speaking with the doctor. In my mom panic, I went to the closest urgent care and before walking in the door, the receptionist called back and asked me to text over photos. I thanked her but informed her I was at an urgent care. We didn’t wait long to see the urgent care doctor but I immediately got a weird gut feeling and left without having my son’s lip getting taken care of. I remember my MIL telling me when my husband was younger and split his lip, the ER doctor referred them to a plastic surgeon since it was a facial laceration. I texted over the photos to reception of Dr. C’s and then I called them back to ask if there would be availability. The staff was so patient with me and informed me my son could be seen at 530pm and told me how to take care of the laceration in the meantime. We arrived a few minutes early and check in was simple. We were taken right back with Dr. C and he was gentle and careful with my son. The only time my son cried was when there was a little discomfort from the needle to numb his lip, but he didn’t feel that too much from the numbing gel prior. Not once did my son cry when any of the 4 stitches were put into his face and he didn’t shake his head in fear of the doctor. The entire visit took about 30 minutes and it wasn’t at all stressful. It wasn’t until this morning that I realized Dr. C and his staff saw us 30 minutes after his regular hours. We can’t thank you enough for your kindness and knowledge. I can’t say enough about Dr C and his office staff. I had the most amazing experience and my results are PERFECT! I spent months going through doctors and looking through recommendations, and then I came across Dr C, and I’m so glad I did. He was a more affordable option, however, let’s be honest. When considering plastic surgery, you’ll pay extra to make sure it’s done right. His affordability was simply an added bonus! During the consultation, I was going to go smaller but we went through different sizes together and weighed the pros and cons. He made a recommendation and I’m so glad he did! They are absolutely perfect! Had I gone with what I thought, I think I would’ve been disappointed. While visiting my parents, my infant’s index finger got cut while clipping her nails. We were directed to Dr. Cappuccino for care in case she needed work further than what we could provide at home. He and his staff were kind, gentle, and so helpful. They made the process far less stressful and she responded positively to them as well! If you are looking for charm and bedside manner, then I do recommend. If you are looking for someone who will do the job well, responsiveness from the doctor himself rather than primarily by his nurse, I do not recommend. When you look for a plastic surgeon, make sure you look for one who not only has good global reviews, but who is really experienced in the particular procedure you want done. Make sure you really look at those before and after photos posted by the office. Sometimes they aren't that great, which should be an indication, at least to my mind. Finally, check on who will be doing your follow ups. Many surgeons will do them him or herself. In this case, consistent with other reviews for this doc, you will see him at 3 months and at 1 yr. Good luck seeing him any other time. But the most important thing to mention is you want to make sure the doc addresses your concerns without making you feel like a fool. Speaking to my experience, that wasn't the case. Just from my exp.

I’m a 47 year old female (Glamma) that decided to have a Tummy Tuck. I had a few consultations with surgeons and decided to go with Dr. Cappuccino. I went to see Dr Cappocino for a consult to remove tiny little white bumps under my eyes and a breast reduction and tummy tuck. He thoroughly explained step by step how the surgery would be preformed. He went out of his way to check a CT scan I had done to see if I had any hernias from pregnancies. I call Dr. Cappuccino, who, without hesitation, says he’ll meet me at his office. I load my quivering 5 y/o in the car and drive him to Dr. Cappuccino’s office, where he not only expertly repairs the wound but exercises exquisite patient management. Jonathan watches a Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon from 1993 on Netflix while Dr. Cappuccino, both knowledgeable and personable, walks the both of us through the procedure in its entirety. Jonathan looks at himself using a hand-mirror throughout dinner once we get home, happily declaring that he believes he looks even better than he did when he woke up this morning. I am indebted to this wonderful plastic surgeon for coming into his office on a Sunday evening to offer care and solace to my little boy during this pandemic. I had the coolsulpting done! Shelly was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and needs. The procedure was not painful at all! I felt numb afterward for about 20 min and when I left the office I felt as if nothing had happened. I was a little sore then next morning but by the afternoon I was fine. The staff was amazing and I was checked on and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. They offered me snacks and drinks and a extra blanket so I was comfortable. Dr. C performed a surgery on me. I had two consultation before it, and they were so patient with me, especially Dr. C. He is the weirdly good doctor that has time to get to know you and helps you to get what you want. His assessment of me during the consultation showed his ethics. I think he and his team must like their jobs a lot to be able to provide such care. I was treated like a human with respect, they served me with honor. I made an appointment for a consultation and he explained the process, showed me pictures of people who have had similar procedures so I could see the results, took my before pictures, and explained what I could expect post op. I had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Cappuccino in January 2019. At 3 months post-op I can honestly say I have had an amazing experience! The initial consultation was very informative and I felt no pressure to schedule right away. He answered every question I had and was very clear with what would happen during the procedure. As someone who had lost over 100lbs but was still heavy. I wanted some of my excess skin removed, but my ultimate goal was not to be extremely skinny. The day of surgery went smoothly with everyone involved introducing themselves to me and everyone helped walk me through what was going to happen. Recovery went well and Dr Cappuccino kept in contact with me regularly. When I had concerns about the one drainage tube he worked to fit me in for an earlier appointment. I went to Dr. Cappuccino for a breast reduction, lift and augmentation! I could not be happier with not only my experience but my results as well! Dr.C and his staff were beyond amazing. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was asking Dr. C to work a lot of magic when it came to my surgery and the one thing I loved was that he upfront and honest about what I could expect. He took photos and sent them off to be photoshoped to give me an idea of what my end result might look like. I was able to make changes to the photo so that both Dr. C and I were on the same page as to what I was hoping for. This was a great service that other Doctors I saw didn't offer. My surgery went very smoothly and for the most part so did my recovery. I am a mother of 4 boys and I also own my own company so down was not something I was going to have a lot of. I pushed myself a little to hard and popped a stitch Dr. C had given me the office cell phone to call or text in case of an emergency. I can not say enough about the quality of care and customer service that I received. In the end Dr.C was able to stitch up the couple stitches that I had popped and I was back on my way. Dr. C. and his staff have exceeded my expectations and gets a 5 all day long from me. A year ago, Dr. C. performed hernia repair and lipo of the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. Because I was realistic with my expectations, I was thoroughly pleased with my results, especially considering where I'd started before the procedure. However, like any perfectionist, we both saw areas that could still be improved after my body fully healed. I stayed in contact with Dr. C. and his staff, and we scheduled a follow up to address those other areas. I went to see Dr. Cappuccino a couple weeks ago about filling in a small bald spot in the front of my head. I have two previous hair transplants and one was horrible and left me with the strip scar and the second one covered the strip scar pretty well but I wasn't happy with the results for the front of my head. Instead of telling me what I wanted to hear and charging me 4-5 grand for a procedure, Dr. Cappuccino advised that "sometimes we are our own worst critics" and that I looked just fine. He actually got a second opinion and advised that there was nothing more he could do.
