I went in yesterday for my first-ever visit to get a birth control prescription and get checked out (I'm 20). Long story short, I walked out feeling disgusting and ashamed by the way I was spoken to by Dr. Lentine's staff. I expected to be examined but I was told I wasn't getting an exam. Instead of explaining why, the assistant basically berated me for asking questions and told me to wait for the doctor. She snapped at me and kept making me repeat that I was not active yet over and over and it made me feel terrible. Mind you I was sitting in this room by myself, with a mask on, during a pandemic, at my first-ever appointment. Since she refused to properly answer my questions and insisted that there are no diseases that inactive people can be tested for, I had to call my mom to come in so someone could explain what was going on. By the time Dr. Lentine actually came in I felt so horrible that I was just grateful that she wasn't berating me. She was nice enough, but she kind of mocked some of my questions and wouldn't give me straightforward answers if she thought the question was stupid. She did have a very productive conversation with me about my medication concerns and I felt that she was trustworthy and knowledgeable. Honestly, I'm glad that I didn't have an exam because I can't imagine going through it for the first time with this kind of staff around. It's a day later and I still feel completely degraded and humiliated by my experience here. I went there for a second opinion and the doctor never asked me questions and appeared not to care at all and then she had this girl who was rude and unprofessional sit in on our visit and the girl who didnt have the common decency to introduce herself. She had a stuck up attitude and was asking me private questions like why was I here and for what condition. She made me so uncomfortable and then Dr lentine never examined me but they had me unclothed for what I dont know why. The whole visit was a waste of my valuable time. They also push you to do a urine sample why Would i do that if going for a second opinion??! I would never go back to this place it was a waste of my time. I felt very uncomfortable there and the place was not clean and the doctor didnt do the job of a doctor at all. I Have gone to doctors on many occasions for second opinions but never dealt with one so horrible as this one. I do not recommend this doctor DR LENTINE and STaff all. If it hadn't been for Dr. Lentine, I would not have an 18yo son. He got into unexpected trouble, and she dealt with it and saved us both. I will always be grateful to her.

I been going to Dr Lentine for about 10 years. She is very friendly and always listens to what I have to say. If I feel I have a problem she makes sure she runs the proper tests, to make sure there is nothing wrong and if there is a problem I receive a phone call to come in. I am very happy with Dr Lentine and her staff.

I could not ask for a better experience of taking my daughter for her first gynecology visit. Dr. Lintine sat and explained everything thoroughly to my daughter before examining her. She made it very comfortable for us both.

Very, very poor bed side manner. Dr. Lentine made me feel very uncomfortable and was very judgmental. She did not listen to one word I had to say, despite cutting me off each time I was able to speak. I will never, ever be seen by her again. It's a shame because the MA's and receptionist are all great and helpful. Dr.Lentine is very cold-hearted.

I live in a private home that receives a minimum of 15-20 phone calls meant for this office weekly. Mondays are the worst day. I wish that their patients were able to dial their number correctly, as answering wrong numbers for this office can really get on your nerves after a while.

It's years ago and she was one of the major reasons I will never willingly go back to a gynecologist. I had had ongoing problems for years and she told me Oh well, if it's giving you so much trouble you might have well have it out. (uterus that is.) This shocked me a bit but I agreed. Surgery was supposed to take only hour took 8 (I was 52 years old at time) and I needed transfusions. She never even visited me in hospital except for 14 min while children were waiting in car. I still suffer.
