When a recent mammogram revealed that my old silicone implants had ruptured, I did some research on Seattle plastic surgeons. Dr. Said's website and the glowing reviews prompted me to make an appointment for surgery for implant removal and capsulectomy. In my opinion, Dr. Said is the absolute best plastic surgeon in the city, and I am so pleased with the results of my procedure.

Absolutely thrilled with my results! Dr. Said is an artist to say the least. He and his staff were extremely knowledgable & professional yet so compassionate and kind. I had been to 4 other consults and there was no question that he was the right choice. My only wish is that I would have done it sooner!

Dr. Said is caring and thoughtful, went through all pros and cons of the procedure and made me feel comfortable. He was easily approachable and responded promptly to my texts, answering all questions post surgery. The procedure felt almost painless. I would highly recommend him for breast reduction procedure. You are in safe and experienced hands.

I had a bad experience with my previous surgeon back in 2019 when I underwent abdominal plasty. My scars expanded significantly bigger, and my belly button shrunk, leaving an unaesthetic raised scar. Spending so much money on a procedure and then having it underperform with an unaesthetic look was devastating because I was so self-conscious about my scar. I saw Dr. Said primarily for breast augmentation but I also mentioned that I was so unhappy with the outcome of my abdominoplasty. He recognized my dissatisfaction and informed me that he could revise both the belly button scar and the abdominal plasty if I wanted to get it fixed the same time as my breast augmentation. You can tell he is the type of surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel confident in themselves rather than ashamed. He is very kind and makes you feel very comfortable talking to him. I was extremely appreciative of that from him, as I had not felt that way about my previous surgeon. This time, I made sure to conduct extensive research and consult with multiple plastic surgeons before deciding on the best surgeon for me. I also had a friend who previously worked with Dr. Said and spoke very highly of him, which convinced me that he was the right surgeon for me. I am super happy and grateful that Dr. Said was recommended to me. He is very informative and educational, and will take the time to explain any questions you may have so that you fully comprehend what is happening and how it got there.This, I believe, is critical when selecting the right doctor, as it is essential to understand the procedure being performed. I am very happy with the results he gave me. He did an amazing job with the scar revision and I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, my belly button revision will need more work due to consequences of the last procedure, but the shape and the outcome was a huge improvement and I am still very happy with the results so far. My breast augmentation looks great; he does an incredible job of making them appear natural, as we discussed. The only thing I wish for is for them to be more full, particularly at the top. I wanted to ensure they remained as natural as possible, which is why I was nervous about the sizes I chose, as I exceeded the doctor's recommendation. Dr. Said was also understanding and wants me to be satisfied with the results, so once the healing process is complete, we will discuss size exchange. My advice to anyone is to ensure that you understand the desired look and outcome, to discuss sizes on a larger scale versus a smaller scale, and to not be afraid to deviate from the recommendation. I also want to thank the whole staff and the nurses at his office. Everyone is so nice and accommodating! I loved all of the nurses that dealt with me. I honestly felt very comfortable with everyone there and that is very important especially being in that kind of environment. Please be aware this office has chosen to discriminate based on your vaccine status. They also don’t make that clear until you call to schedule and have to ask! Super disappointed I spent money here and referred a friend who had a procedure done. Looking to have filler done as well as a tummy tuck this year. Dr. Said is who you want to do your surgery. I recently had a mommy make over and had the best care and very little pain. The whole team is just the best you can get! I am thrilled with my results! I have the body of a 30 year old and I am 60! Best decision I have ever made!

Do not by any means rely on this plastic surgeon. I don’t even know how he is staying in this profession. He does not listen to the patient nor does he have any esthetic sense that is so needed in this profession. He is a butcher rather than plastic surgeon.

I could go on and on about Dr. Said!! I have worked in plastic surgery for 4 years and he is by far the most talented, intelligent, gentle, and kind surgeon I know professionally and personally. Dr. Said takes his time with each and every patient. Dr. Said has a soothing spirit. He passes his tranquility to each staff member he works with and each patient he operates on. I had a breast lift with Dr. Said in August... (this was a procedure I had discussed with him several years prior). I am a mother of two and have always wished to have a nice breast shape that reflects my age. I was not confident with my breast shape and volume and thought I may need implants to achieve my cosmetic goals. At my consult, Dr. Said educated me on the procedure options and told me what would be best for me. He convinced me to use my own tissue and go with only a breast lift and I honestly could not be happier. Dr. Said is a wonderful and honest doctor, and you can trust that he will always do what is best for you. He made me feel like myself again, and took my breasts to a level that I am not sure any other surgeon could have! Dr. Said is the BEST plastic surgeon... end of story! While searching for my abdominoplasty surgery I consulted with 3 different surgeons; I wanted to feel that I can trust my surgeon with my life, someone that really cares about my necessities and he was all what I was looking for in a Dr. The outcome of my surgery exceed my expectations he went above and beyond, there was a small complication and he was always there for me, very attentive to my needs, my scars look perfect, his attention to detail, knowledge and above all his kindness that is increasingly rare to find in other professionals, making him unique in his field. I recommend that you make an appointment and see for yourself that he takes the time and listens to the patient, suggests the best way to achieve the outcome you want and if it’s unrealistic he takes the time to explain in detail what is possible to do. Breast Reduction and Reconstruction I had a Breast reduction and reconstruction from Dr. Said almost 4 years ago. They look so natural as if they were the breasts I was supposed to be born with, instead of the ones I had. The symmetry is impeccable. They fit so well to my body type. He didn't take too much out, and was very conservative with my procedure. I recommend Dr. Said to anyone looking to change their life through plastic surgery. It sure did change mine. He intervened and we believed saved our daughters life after multiple surgeries and infections she had encountered under another surgeons care. He was kind, gentle soft spoken & extremely caring. It took several more surgeries for him to get the infection cleared up before the reconstruction surgery was complete. We have referred others to him that are happy with their care. I have used him myself for cosmetic surgery. EXTREMELY HAPPY.
