If it were possible I would give Dr. Lo a 10-star rating! I've been a patient of this physician for approximately 15 years while residing in S. Clara County. Relocated a few years ago to Monterey Co. but retained Dr. Lo as my urologist. Given the extra travel-time required to arrive for my appointments on-time is well worth the price to pay for the healthcare provided by this excellent physician. The office and medical staff are always helpful and efficient as well.

I was referred here for a minor issue related to aging. After 3 office visits (initial consultation, ultrasound, endoscopy) I began to suspect the bookings were excessive. But best to be thorough, I thought. Now after 2 more follow up visits including in-office procedures to monitor the condition—which was confirmed has cleared up—I've refused any more "recommended" appointments and will find another urologist, should the need arise I was referred here for a minor issue related to aging. Me: (Waiting in room for the doctor for ever!)......... Dr. walks in (No hello, how are you....no smile ) "what are you here for?!" Me: (Completely caught off guard) "my kidney, didn't you get my doctor's referral forms? (Which they NEEDED in their office in order to schedule an appointment.) Needless to say- you get the picture- NOT returning. He needs better "bedside manner" I want a doctor that is friendly, warm and compassionate. He is not. The receptionist who attented my call on march 2nd between 11 to 12 in the morning has worst attitude doesn’t know how to deal with new patients .Her worst attitude make me not to go to that hospital...If there is anything less than 1 star, I will give that.

I have had kidney pain for over a year. I made an appointment and saw him that same week and had the kidney stone broken up all in one week. He was very professional and understanding with what I do for a living and made it convenient to do it all in one week. Awesome doctor...

Dr. Lo bought Dr. Andonian's urology practice. I had a recent 'is cancer recurring' scare. Called his office, and was courteously greeted on the phone by a friendly voice, asking my issue and thoughts. She listened, and then was able to "fit me in" one day later. People? this is UNHEARD of in Silicon Valley. fit me in. KNEW I was scared, and was able to set up appointment quickly, and get me in front of the doctor to help with my worries. Arrived for the appointment? Met the human behind the phone! WOOT! What a great staff. his WHOLE Staff, smiling, pleasant, working to get people in and out but with kindness and compassion. After a quick wait, Dr. Lo came in with my medical history, asked some questions, truly LISTENED to my concerns, and checked me out. As a guy? having someone else touching your "junk" is not fun. He made it quick, positive, and thorough. I was not uncomfortable, and was very professionally treated. Dr. Lo made some notes, and told me EXACTLY what he thought - gave me some suggestions and a path to healing. And? we are pretty sure? not cancer recurrence. I was so pleased with his work, I will happily recommend him to anyone I know. He has a great staff, a great 'bedside' manner, and is an all around fantastic doctor. I don't like going to the doctor, but Dr. Han P. Lo is excellent. He is calm, reassuring, and communicates well with his patient. He treated me with respect and courtesy, I appreciate that in a physician. His staff is efficient and easy to work with. I'm glad he found everything OK during my bladder exam, and is only following up in six months to be sure nothing is wrong. Parking is limited here, and to enter the office, take the elevator which opens up in the waiting room of the office. Highly recommended urologist. I don't like going to the doctor, but Dr. Han P.
