Well I showed up, sat in a chair, and woke up without 4 teeth and some funny feelings. 10/10 remove the rest next time

I have been working through a restoration program and have been nothing but thrilled with the progress, the staff and their connection to make you feel like a friend rather than a patient. Still on my journey, but wouldn’t have made it this far without Dr. Dhaliwal, Piper, Victoria and the rest of the staff.

I've had two great experiences here with teeth extractions. First time having my two lower wisdom teeth along with one of my other teeth removed. My wisdom teeth were fat and both laid down, squeezing my molars root and their own root almost touching nerve in the jaw. Those were removed neatly. With constantly applying ice bag, only seeing one side of my cheek got unnoticeable swelling. The second time I had my 3 bicuspids removed for wearing braces. One of them had been root canaled, which has a chance to break during the surgery, however they all came out in full and this time I felt no pain afterwards and no swelling at all. I particularly like the upgraded ice bag, easy to take out and put back in place. Would recommend the place to my friends and coworkers if they are in need.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth out here. The appointment went very well. Healing was very fast. I chose Dr. Dhaliwal because I had a nerve running though one of my roots and wanted to go to a specialist. I am glad I did. the nurse took panoramic images of my teeth 5 minute before the surgery and I was out of the building an hour after that. Everything went very smoothly, and they checked in on me a week later. Couldn’t be happier!

I am a guy who absolutely hates going in for dental work. That's why it took me to the age of 54 to get two of my wisdom teeth finally pulled. Dr. Dhaliwal made me feel so at ease and was so thorough in telling me everything that was going to happen and in making me just feel relaxed. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs dental work.

This felt like a mass production assembly line. Front desk told us that certain prescriptions weren’t covered when they were, and I had to 3 way call them with the insurance company to confirm that the prescription was in fact covered. They did not want to submit a pre-auth form to have the prescription covered. They also put the wrong fill date on a prescription, so the pharmacy called me and said I needed to call the doctor office to have this corrected. I also had to ask them to submit the x-ray done for my son to the insurance company to see how much would be covered. They told me it wasn’t covered, however the same X-ray we had done a year ago was partially covered. I still have no idea if they have submitted the claim yet. We never once actually saw or met Dr. Dhaliwal. We had a Zoom call with his assistant to review the x-rays and procedure. My 11 year old son had to go back by himself for surgery and this was the first time he had ever gone under. After all the back and forth about the prescription that required a pre-auth, the cream we were told to put on his inner elbows was useless because they ended up doing the IV on his hands (both sides poked). Our son was wheeled out and had tears in his eyes and was drooling all over himself and the nurse asked my husband “would you like to take a picture of him! A lot of people like to take a picture” and giggled. We were told on the Zoom call that the surgeon would call us the next day to check in on how our son was doing and a week later we still have never received a call from him for follow up. All around terrible experience. Where has customer service and doctor’s care for patients gone??

I’ve never had a procedure like this, and mine went perfectly. I’d write a longer review but I went to sleep, I woke up, I left. If you have to have a procedure that Dr. Dhaliwal can do, I’d say go ahead and have him do it.

Had a very nice experience. I did a surgical to remove two wisdom teeth that had grown in a rather particular position and were very difficult to clean. Dr Dhaliwal was incredible! Of the surgery I only remember that the doctor told me "now I'll put you to sleep." Ili time to close your eyes and reopen them that the operation was already over. The team then was great. I had all the information necessary for the post-op and I also received a call asking me if everything was how I was. Plus, the clinic is very clean and the staff are friendly. II highly recommend this clinic!

I had wisdom teeth extraction surgery 20 years ago in Canada, and they extended 2 of them. I had to go to Adara surgical to remove the other 2 recently. The surgery I did with Dr. Hardeep was very smooth. I recovered within 4 days. He did a great job! If you have to do this surgery, this is the place to do it!

The preparation Before the surgery is very detailed, surgery went very fast, the best dentist!

The communication was great, the office was clean, the check in was painless and the staff was pleasant, the procedure was on time and there was a quick recovery.

Dr Dhaliwal and team are not only very professional but also compassionate and treat each patient respectfully and after listening and research come up with a treatment plan to patient satisfaction. Several members of my family had successfully placed implants by his brother in Silverdale and once when he was visiting his brother helped my 90 year old mother from her wheelchair to the X-ray machine with such gentleness that I could see instantly that he was not only an erudite surgeon but a loving, feeling person. I was excited when I learned he was in Issaquah as I was about to travel all the way from Kirkland to Silverdale. He has a beautiful clinic with a great staff in Issaquah WA. All the staff from the receptionists to the financial coordinator were exceptional.

Dr Dhaliwal helped remove three of my wisdom tooth, I had an amazing experience with the overall procedure and follow ups. Almost 8 years ago, I had a terrible experience when one of my wisdom tooth was removed by a different doctor. Post the procedure, my face was swollen like a pumpkin for more than 10 days and had a lot of pain. My dentist recommended me to remove remaining 3 wisdom tooth as it had cavities and became sweet tooth. Remembering my past experience with the tooth removal, I delayed the removal more than 2 years. It was terrible if I remember even now. Finally my wisdom tooth started to ache and got to a point I had to get it removed. With no other option, I scheduled an appointment. Dr Dhaliwal office promptly scheduled an appointment and followed up on pre and post operating procedures. I picked up the medicine from the pharmacy and kept everything ready day before the procedure. On the day of procedure, I was very nervous because of my past experience and this time it was 3 of them to be removed and all at the same time! Dr went through the steps and assured I would have a better experience. I really thought he was saying to calm me down. I went through general anesthesia and the procedure took about 45 mins. I was expecting my face to swell after a day or two. To my surprise, it did not and by 3 d day I did not even have a pain. I believe the skill of the doctor matters a lot. Nothing but praise for Dr. Hardeep Dhaliwal. After weighing the pros and cons with Dr. Dhaliwal, I chose to undergo necessary Double Jaw Surgery. Dr. Dhaliwal has always been patient in answering my questions, considerate of my concerns, and open minded to my needs. For example, I had mentioned that I actually quite like the look of my face, and would prefer not to change it too much (sometimes people will undergo this type of surgery mainly for aesthetic purposes). Dr. Dhaliwal took this into account while working on my case, making sure to fix the functional issues of my bite while also keeping an eye out to make sure that I would be happy with how I look afterwards. Every step of the way, Dr. Dhaliwal has been incredible to work with. I've appreciated his knowledgeability and patience, since I'm the kind of person to ask a lot of questions. His skill as a surgeon has saved me time and money on the operating table. Often times doctors may seek to split their work and their time outside the office, but Dr. Dhaliwal encourages his patients to text or call him in evenings while recovering from surgery with any and all questions. I was referred to Dr. Dhaliwal by my orthodontist, when my orthodontic plan required maxillary expansion. Dr. Dahliwal went over different approaches to expansion, including a previously proposed approach that led me to a second opinion. In explaining the best surgical approach for my case, Dr. Dahliwal was thorough and responsive to my questions. He assured me at the goal is optimal outcome and left me feeling very confident it could be achieved. Karen, Dr’s surgical assistant went over any remaining questions I had when writing the surgical plan. I did not feel any hesitation moving forward with the treatment plan proposed. I went home that day with a clear idea of the surgery and how to prepare in the days ahead of surgery. After coordinating with my orthodontist, a few days later I was ready to schedule. The front office handled scheduling and prescriptions ensuring everything went smoothly. Karen was a welcome sight to see on surgery day. She helped me prep and once in the surgical room, introduced me to the surgical team, Riley and Brittany handling anesthesia. I was quite nervous, but they were all exceedingly kind in their care, explaining the steps of their procedures. At the time of this review, I am about four days post-op. Admittedly, the first 24 were challenging, as the initial pain following surgery was far more intense than I anticipated (at my day 1 post op appointment Dr Dahliwal said that is a normal response after anesthesia, since all the nerves are waking up; that particular pain wave does pass). Adding to the challenge of the first 24 hours, I had difficulty sleeping - though I know this is how my body respond to stress. However, I settled into the first of many great naps immediately after the first day follow up. By now, my at home care has transitioned from managing pain to attending to discomfort. I have been maintaining oral care and the antibiotic schedule. As noted, Dr Dahliwal saw me for a day one post op, and I will return for a one week check in a few days, and again for another check in about six weeks. (I appreciate these appointments, but I didn’t know to schedule them all in advance, so I’d recommend asking about this, to ensure best transportation arrangements.) I feel confident in the skill and quality of care of I received. The whole team, from front office, to surgical, to post op (shout out to Olga), have been wonderful. I would highly recommend. My recent appointment with Dr. Dhaliwal was a follow up after oral surgery a few months previously. He and his team made sure I was very comfortable. He explained what he was going to do, and it went very smoothly and quickly. Dr. Dhaliwal made my whole oral surgery a very positive experience.

I was referred to Adara by my orthodontist for wisdom tooth and baby tooth removal as part of my orthodontia treatment. Upon going to Dr. Dhaliwal, I also learned he had treatments for scarification. I had some really bad keloids on my chest from some piercings that were taken out. After he extracted my teeth needed for my orthodontia treatment, he set those spots up for success for dental implants after my braces were finished. I was so scared to have implant surgery but the team and Dr. Dhaliwal were so kind, educated me through every step, and made sure I was informed and comfortable to make the best decisions. After surgery the Dr. checked in with me the following day which I believe was the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. Honestly, dental implant surgery was a breeze and I healed so quickly. I would recommend it to anyone considering it and Adara to do the procedure. I have the implant crowns now, a full straight smile and I feel like a whole new person. The keloid scar removal was a process. It still amazes me where we started to now they are barely noticeable. Dr. Dhaliwal was very informative, made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable when given injections in the scar, paid close attention to how the scars were reacting and made sure we were both happy with the results. Great experience start to finish. Dr. D did an excellent job of setting and managing my expectations throughout the entire process, from the initial discovery meeting to understand what causes sleep apnea to all of the surgical options available to me and the likely outcomes. My apnea is cured, I don't snore anymore, and I'm finding that I have more energy and require less sleep. In short, Dr. D gave me the gift of time. Hard to put a price on that! The entire experience from initial consultation to the surgery was professional and caring. Dr. Dhaliwal is very knowledgeable and provided me with all the details necessary to make the right decision for myself. The staff was great as well, they are warm and caring, and make you feel comfortable. I was anxious about the surgery (wisdom teeth extraction), even though it is pretty routine for Dr. Dhaliwal, they took time to ease me into the process and walk me through the details. Specially, would like to call out Olga (hope, I remember the name right), who took extra time during the initial consult to help me gain the trust. The financial aspect of the treatment was also well handled and before going home after the consult, I had the understanding of how much I will owe for each procedure. On the day of surgery, they were running a little late on the schedule, but not a big deal as I have to wait 20-30 minutes after my scheduled time to be operated on. Their office space and waiting area are very comfortable, so you can just relax before going in for the appointment. Overall, very good experience and would recommend them.
