About Dr. Harrison Gregory Linsky
Reviews for Dr. Harrison Gregory Linsky
Avoid this dentist. He will take you to the cleaners. When I went to see this dentist, the front desk collected $937.00 from me (which was payment in full) for the extraction of tooth number 7. Their staff was extremely dishonest with me. I explained to their staff that I had two dental insurances. Their staff told me that their office did not accept either of my insurances; therefore, I had to pay in full up front. Furthermore, I was charged $556.00 for an hour ($139.00 for every fifteen minutes) of "deep sedation/general anesthesia"; however, from the time that Dr. Linsky placed the IV in my arm until the time I woke up (with the IV already removed from my arm), it was only thirty (30) minutes. Therefore, I was charged an extra $278.00 for the extra half hour of "deep sedation/general anesthesia" that was not used on me. I submitted the claims to my insurance company when I got home. My insurance companies notified me that they paid the dentist $396.60. When I called my insurance companies and asked them why they sent the dentist the check instead of sending me the check (since I already paid the dentist in full), I was told that my insurance companies had to send the check to the dentist because the dentist is in-network with both of my insurance companies. You could image my surprise upon hearing this since the dentist's staff lied to me and told me that they did not accept either of my insurances. So Dr. Linsky ended up getting paid (from me and my insurance companies) $1,333.60 for a procedure that only actually cost $659.00. Dr. Linsky pocketed an additional $674.60 from me and my insurance companies. I sued Dr. Linsky and the Judge entered a judgment against Dr. Linsky; therefore, Dr. Linsky finally had to pay me the money that he had been withholding from me for almost a year. I went in full of anxiety but that quickly resolved itself by Dr Linsky's very calming staff. Dr Linsky is great at his job and it shows. The surgery was over before I knew it and I had little to no discomfort afterward and everything healed nicely. Can't recommend highly enough!

Although Dr. Linsky paid the judgment, he has still not paid the costs that were awarded to me by the Court. Amazing experience from the first phone call until after the surgery. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you
Was referred to this dentist by another dentist but it turned out to be a total nightmare. The most incompetent staff I have ever come across. They overcharged me for a procedure and now I have been calling them for almost 16 months for a refund. They have a new excuse every time, sometimes the insurance processor is out of office, some other times the office manager is not working, some other times they say they'll call back but the call never comes. When I follow-up again, they say they'll call me back and the loop continues. I even sent a demand letter addressing the dentist to issue me a refund but still NO RESPONSE. It appears that this dentist only works for $$$ and patient's well being is of least concern. To top it all, the procedure itself was bad and I will have to consult another dentist to fix this mess (Despite paying about $1800 out of pocket plus insurance). 16 months and hundreds of followups later, I was FINALLY issued a refund. Such a shame!
Great experience, friendly staff and amazing work!!!
I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Harrison Linsky. Everything was very clean and well organized. He offered great options for pain management. His staff is excellent as well. I’ve already recommended him to other people.
AVOID! Lovely staff but they’re not empowered to do anything. Dr Linsky is good technical surgeon but arrogant and dismissive of concerns. He/staff “miscommunicated” and my child got no post wisdom teeth removal meds. Consistently dismissed our follow up complaints. Ended up in emergency with another dr when my child was back at college who confirmed surgery work was fine but infection wasn’t getting addressed. Go elsewhere! Fairfield Cty, CT - Jan 2020
They turned what I thought was going to be a scary extraction into an unbelievably easy/painless one. Excellent bedside manner, staff professionalism and experience. Hope I don't have to go back again but wouldn't hesitate if I did.
I was asked to rate my experience with Dr. Linsky and his office staff on a scale of 1-5 and I said, "500." Dr.Linsky is an expert in the performance and delivery of his medical treatment and his "chair-side" manner is one that helps remove all anxiety. The customer service in his office is excellent, as well.
As someone who is extremely anxious about anything involving dental work, I can honestly say that my experience with Dr. Linsky at Westchester Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery has been wonderful. My wisdom tooth extraction was something I was dreading, but after going through the relatively painless visit, I can say my attitude about dental procedures has been changed for the better. Dr. Linsky and the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable during my visits. The office is beautiful and reflects the care and service you receive there. I am very happy to have been referred by my dentist and pleased to recommend them.
Awful experience out of perhaps a nightmare. Something felt off with various staff members including Dr. Linsky from my first encounter with them. Certain staff members were pressurizing and passive aggressive. When I went in for surgery there was poor communication which ended with multiple doses of local and general anesthesia and nitrate oxide, but no surgery, except for the cut and stitches in my gum that I was not told about. They were defensive and full of blame.

What an amazing experience I had few weeks ago at Dr Harrison Linsky's office. Dentists are not my favorite doctors, but surgical removal of erupted tooth and bone replacement graft along with tissue regeneration were performed at a top level. Administrative Team is a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommend this practice . OKSANA HOLEVA,WHITE PLAINS What an amazing experience I had few weeks ago at Dr Harrison Linsky's office. Dr. Linsky is the only surgeon I would recommend to family and friends...great skills, courteous and efficient staff....surgery without complications!
Doctors, particularly dentists, give me an incredible amount of anxiety. However, my experience at this practice has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional, the office is very clean, and the services performed were wonderfully done. Excellent doctor, wonderful staff, and caring bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Linsky to any friend or family member in need of oral surgery or dental implants without hesitation.
I had a very positive experience having Dr. Linksy extract my my infected tooth. Dr. Linksy explained why my tooth needed to be extracted - he's very nice, caring and patient and answered all my questions. I was nervous about the surgery but the anesthesia was great and I didn't feel a thing - it was over before I knew it. I never even needed to fill my prescription after - I just needed advil. I am going back to Dr. Linsky for the implant and trust him wholeheartedly. His office staff is also very nice and helpful with scheduling and billing. It's easy to reach them via phone or email and easy to make an appointment quickly. I strongly recommend this practice. If I could give Dr. Linsky and the office staff more than 5 stars, I would! As a doctor myself, I chose to drive 2 hours from NJ to this office since I was so impressed with their courtesy, professionalism, and the quality of care I received. I wod highly recommend Dr. Linsky for care.

Great experience! Had wisdom teeth pulled and was back to my regular routine within 3 days. Everyone who works there is upbeat, creating a lovely environment. Dr.Linsky was well experienced and explained the procedure thoroughly. Would easily recommend to anyone!
I thank Dr Linksky for his caring and willingness to take prompt action. He removed my tooth quickly with the utmost skill. My healing is progressing just as he indicated on his list of post op instructions. I only took pain medicine once, and the hurt I am feeling as I recuperate is nothing compared to the unbearable tooth ache. Dr Linsky's staff is both efficient and caring.
