Dr. Harrison Kuhn Rhee

Dr Rhee is fantastic. Amazing bedside manner, is clear about what's going on and when and why. Takes the time to answer any questions (even dumb ones). Not that I'd ever opt to get snipped twice, BUT IF I HAD TO, he's who I'd choose.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Dr. Rhee took time with me and seems caring and nice!

Dr. Rhee treated my husband for postrate cancer he removed the entire postrate and right lymph nodes he is healing fine, but the pathology results came back with cancer on the left lymph nodes so concerned about the pathology results waiting and praying the cancer cells can be killed.

Why is it so hard to follow a timeline of visits, labs and meds? I don't appreciate being accused of something because of someone's ineptitude. Do the math!

Outstanding doctor. Never rushed our appointments and took his time to answer all my questions.

My mother was his patient. She only saw him after 4 visits and a long hospital stay when I demanded she see him. She was 94 in good health except for UTI problems. She was told to come in at 1pm and he didn't see her until after 5pm. By the visit she was in a nursing home and in a wheelchair she was walking before that. He was so uncaring he made a joke at keeping her waiting and said there was nothing he could do. The bad UTI caused severe dementia and she died 7 months later after a nightmare 8 months after his bad care. She only saw his PA until last visit who just handed her pills with no test. I was very pleased with the entire procedure completed by Dr Rhee, CPA Watts and their staff. Everyone I meet Urology Specialists was extremely friendly and professional. Dr Rhee has an excellent bedside manner (unlike some physicians) which makes for less stress. I would highly recommend them.

Office visits are pretty typical wait times unless there was an emergency the day before. Then, make sure to bring a lunch if you have an appt. that following day. The waiting room will be packed. You just may have time to make a new friend or two. I would never begrudge anyone in need of immediate surgery. Dr Rhee is a no nonsense guy with a friendly, personable sense of humor who at times may appear condescending as another mentioned. My guess is in dealing with many kinds of patients; some need that as a wake up call to stress the reality of a situation. The environment is fast paced although do they take time to answer your questions and concerns. Was never thrilled with the "old" front desk. EG: Doing things anyway after conveying my objection. Some new faces there since then. So far so good. A more pleasant front desk now too. I would absolutely recommend Dr Rhee for being thorough and can appreciate his credentials knowing Tuft's reputation well.

The doctor Rhee, just on arrival said he cannot see any stones in the whole abdominal area and immediately insisted on having an MRI done for more clarity. Just that night i passed a 8 mm stone which he could not see at all in the Xray. When i declined MRI test, he immediately ended the conversation and stood up to go. I had to tell him that i have questions for which he stayed for 2 minutes but none of the questions i had were responded to my satisfaction. I would never ever visit this healthcare again. I really like dr rhee. He helped diagnose my cancer and took great care of me

My Husband (60yo) was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer back in December 2018. Dr Rhee met with us for 1 and 1/2 hrs to discuss diagnosis and treatment options. We were in shock and afraid (as many of you are). We want to reassure you that you could not be in better hands. Dr Rhee helped guide us to our decision of Robotic Prostatectomy. We researched, talked with our PCP and other PCa patients. We met with Dr Rhee again the week before surgery. Dr Rhee's experience reassured us that we were making the right decision. Dr. Rhee is the BEST! He is exceptionally thorough, kind and displays a very witty sense of humor, that gives you a trusting comfort level. In addition, he is an EXCELLENT physician. If I had to rate him 1 to 10, I give him a 20.

Most doctor's offices are known for long waits. Not this one. Check-in is quick, using an electronic tablet to enter / verify information. The doctor I had, Harrison Rhee, was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer questions. He did not seem in a rush, and I felt confident in his competency. I would certainly recommend him if you have need of a urologist. For me, it was a vasectomy. Dr. Rhee explained the procedure thoroughly during the first consultation. During the procedure, he helped alleviate the stress by maintaining a conversation unrelated to the procedure, while still keeping me aware of what he was doing and when. I took my mother who is almost 90 years old to the doctor. He was not rushing us, he answered all of our questions, he was caring & was clear on directions now & for going forward with treatment. He is excellent & a wonderful doctor for elderly patients.
