I never had any issues coming here. Very nice staff and oral surgeon and made me feel comfortable the few times I had teeth pulled. I have TMJ and they specialize in that so I will definitely be calling to make an appointment because I am happy with their service and I am glad to go back.

Absolutely horrible! UNPROFESSIONAL UNAPOLOGETIC AND USELESS I was going to get my wisdom teeth removed and everything was going smoothly until the anesthesiologist called A WEEK BEFORE MY PROCEDURE and told me they do not accept my insurance. I either have to pay $500 or change my plan, which mind you, takes a whole month to do! I called the front office and all the lady had to say was sorry we thought you had different insurance. How rude and unprofessional- she was not apologetic whatsoever. I cannot believe I have to wait another two months for the procedure because of their negligence. Thank you so much - I had to take a day off work for no reason! Do not come here if you want a professional orthodontist

The only reason why I’m giving 1 start is because i have to give something. This 1 start is for the women who did my X-ray. She was great! The behavior of the staff was so egregious that I did not feel comfortable with returning to receive any dental care from this establishment & canceled my follow up appointment. The doctor, nurses, and receptionists were all okay. However, despite taking me in for an exam and x-ray for wisdom teeth extraction, they proceeded to call me an hour before the surgery on the day of to tell me my insurance was suddenly no longer accepted, but I could still come in and pay full price if I needed the surgery done ASAP. I now need to pay for an entirely new set of exams and x-rays from a new dentist. Please DO NOT waste your time visiting this office. The office manager has no idea in what she is doing! She lacks knowledge and manners! The office is unprofessional to say the least. Do yourself a favor at proceed to the next physician.

Very knowledgeable, professional and kind doctor. Seemed to truly care about how I felt and had my tooth removed in what seemed like under a minute. The nurse was really kind and gentle as well. Overall great experience

This is my second visit to Dr Pasquals office. He is a wonderful oral surgeon. I never had to take so much as an aspirin and had no bruising and very little swelling. I will be going back for an implant. I thank Dr Pasqual for his professionalism and a great experience.

He had information and HUGE mugshot photos of myself in my boyfriend of recent trouble we were in. CREEPY!!! I didn’t say anything to him about it but when I asked his assistant why my boyfriends photo was in my file she said, I don’t know and that she doesn’t put them together. When the doctor came in the photos were gone and he said nothing to me. I didn’t say anything to him in fear he would hurt me, well that didn’t matter one bit!!!! Before he pulled my tooth the assistant touched my gums and it caused pain, when I told him he laughed and said nothing was done yet but he knew I felt it. Knowing that I felt pain he pulled my tooth anyway. I was screaming, he NEVER stopped pulling my tooth. It was barbaric that he did this to me. The pain was unimaginable. After he was done he pushed on the hole he just created and I started to cry, again he told me he wasn’t doing anything!!! I told him you’re pushing on it!!! Then still knowing I felt EVERYTHING he put a stitch in!!! Then once he was done he put another injection (so he said) into my gums. He asked me if I felt the needle in my gums!!! WTF!!! He said he put more numbing agent in AFTER the procedure was done. He KNEW i wasn’t numb!! Bottom line, he’s a SICK TWISTED OLD MAN that gets off on “punishing” people. I had SEVERAL teeth pulled and I have NEVER went through any form of pain what so ever!! There is NO EXCUSE for this and he never even apologized!!!! SICK F*ck!!! His assistant apologized with an excuse as to why it hurt. BULLSH*T. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE!!!! I will be reporting him to the state dental board and EVERYWHERE else I can tomorrow."

Extremely bad. Similar to the other reviews this practice is unprofessional and rude. The doctor was uncaring and not respectful. I have no confidence in this practice and will not go back.

Nice guy, but told me I wouldn’t be in pain for long after getting all four wisdom teeth removed. I had to call off for two weeks because the pain was still going on. Went back to get stitches taken out and two were left in that I had to take out myself. My mouth is still numb and it’s a month after.

Horrible experience! Took my son for wisdom teeth removal. Waited close to three hours past appointment time for them to begin the procedure. The staff, especially the nurses, were rude and unprofessional. They had packed so many appointments into the day that everyone was forced to wait and given subpar care. After surgery we were rushed out of the dingy, dirty recovery room with no aftercare instructions as i was forced to practically carry my son to my car. I had my top teeth extracted... very rude very rough condescending. Had tons of little chips falling out of my mouth for 2 weeks.. they said it was normal no stitches for my top teeth... I went to Pitt for bottom filed away chip . Smoothed gums and stitched the gums. I will never use this Dentist again.

I had no problems with him being rude to me personally. I thought he was a little rough but I don't think it was purposeful and it was a a hard tooth to extract. But I thought I'd need oral surgery on it because of how decayed it was but they said no they will pull it. This was two days ago , now I still feel with my tongue and see little tooth particles I feel should have not been left behind in my gums stuck. Literally one of the kindest and best both nurses and doctor. I went in for emergency tooth situation, they got me in with all the craziness. They were life savers!! My tooth broke and I was in so much pain I couldn’t sleep. Was seen the same day I called, even while being a new patient, and pulled my tooth without any pain!! 100% would recommend

my regular dentist referred me to him I need a tooth pulled I got there an hour early wasn’t taken back till an hour after my appointment time the Novocain was horrible he hurt way to much giving the shots I’ve been to other dentists and never had that much pain so skip past that he started and I was making a little sound (not exaggerating at all it was literally one sound that wasn’t that loud) he goes you need to be quiet and not upset the lady next door EXCUSE ME WHAT if he wasn’t half way through I would have left it only took 5 min for him to pull the molar tooth and he was doing it so rough and cause so much pain I was shaking after he finished and I started crying (I’m a grown woman and started crying) so two days later im experiencing sever pain and swelling and bad taste in my mouth I called the after hours number MULTIPLE TIMES no answer so I called my regular dentists after hours number and he told me go straight to the Er well the Er dr was mad about what he did to my mouth

I had my top teeth extracted for dentures. The staff was friendly, informative and professional. The anestheioligist calmed my nerves and made me feel very comfortable about this procedure. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Harry removed both of my son's wisdom teeth. The staff was amazing and the Dr was very good at keeping my son's calm and comfortable during the process and also making sure they were not suffering in pain afterwards. Receptionist was very helpful & compassionate ?? Other staff members were NOT compassionate & rushed Every patient including my mother. No bedside manners & absolutely ZERO time for small talk (which may happen with some people when they are nervous). Office was booked to the MAX! Standing room only. I would not recommend this office nor revisit this office again. The follow up routine was not reviewed (paper was just given to the patient) & there wasn’t any discussion about the anesthesia. ??

I had a full mouth extraction 21 or 26 teeth. I'm on a blood thinner & the Dr avoided the subject during the consult & on day of surgery he said quote "we'll play it by ear" as to when to restart my life sustaining medicine. First red flag. Next the hippie anesthesiologist with hair below his waste starts telling me what he's going to do & the meds ECT. I've been on klonopin for over a year & a half so he should have known that I would require higher doses of the benzos he planned on using or he could've mixed an opioid in the cocktail. He couldn't find a vein in either arm so went to my foot. He pushed the first meds and asked how I felt. I told him I felt nothing. Next thing I know the surgeon was jamming a long needle all in my mouth. I felt everything. Ok I thought surely the anesthesiologist would notice my discomfort by my flailing around & groaning in agony. He did not. I felt every single crack of my teeth. I felt every one barbaricly ripped out of my head. I sat up at one point I was in so much pain. I'm now 5 days post op, still in pain & have tooth fragments in my gums still. Never again. Dr. Pasquale is an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend him. I have had extractions as well as dental implants and have always had a good experience. He is not only highly skilled in dental medicine, but a warm and caring professional.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Pasqual and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. He had hardly any pain. Dr. Pasqual was very professional and explained the procedure and what to expect. His staff was very warm and caring. I would recommend this doctor for any tooth extractions needed.

Had about 12 teeth removed at once, no pain upon awakening from surgery and very little in the next few days. Minimal bruising as well. I would definitely recommend Dr Pasqual and his office ..I wanted to update: he did my sons wisdom teeth this past week and he had barely any swelling and zero bruising. I had a wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Pasqual when I was 26. I was very nervous because I heard getting wisdom teeth out when you are an adult is pretty bad. I had a wonderful experience, all of the girls and the doctor were very nice and accommodating. I was in and out before I knew it. I had one wisdom tooth removed at the age of 26. Dr. Pasqual explained everything in great detail due to the fact that I was a little nervous. I decided to be put to sleep since the tooth was impacted. I was in and out of the office in about an hour. I had a great experience and very little pain. I couldn't thank him enough for taking care of me. I have recommended Dr. Pasqual to many friends and family. If I ever were to have another tooth extracted I am coming to him.

By far, the WORST dental experience of my life . He was horribly rude, uncaring, and unapologetically mean. I went in for extraction of all four wisdom teeth. My insurance would cover $1500, and evidently that would only cover my wisdom teeth removal and local anesthetic/novocaine. I wanted put under, but couldn't pay the extra $800 they wanted for that. Felt EVERYTHING, causing me to scream several times. The Dr said, "It's not my fault you're too poor to be put under." Scarred me for life.

Great place to go if you're a fan of having your extractions being so botched that 2 whole years after having them done, you still struggle with periodic inflammation in that part of your mouth that makes eating difficult due to the pain. It was terrible from the start. The painkillers didn't help ease pain as it was so excruciating following the procedure and one of the holes had it's stitch pop without being touched. I'd sue if I had the money.

Very painful extraction, his methods were barbaric. The drill he used also scraped my cheek leaving a hole the size of a quarter on the inside of my cheek. Huge gaping holes were my teeth were, no stitches. Very bad experience.

Horrible experience, I have been to Dr Pasquel St many times and he has done wonderful work I got a tooth put 2 weeks ago yesterday and was in horrible pain for 8 days until my regular dentist took out the sutures that were causing all of the pain missed work went to the office 4 days after the surgery and he said it looks good he didn't give a dam about the pain I was in just reminded me that it was a difficult extraction and sent me on my way I went to me on Friday because something hurts and is moving near the bottom on my mouth be looked at it with the mirror and said it's none I flipped he said it will heal and left the room and the assistant Rhonda said ok you can leave..they are nice on your first visit when you are paying them, when you walk out the door they can care less if you ever return. Scheduling was horrific. When they did get me in I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour. The Dr wanted me to try a few treatments and come back later - all of which I'd already been through which is why I was referred to him as they didn't work. He finished by basically just sending me away and saying there was nothing else left to do. They did new films when I could have had my recent ones sent from my dentists office and then wouldn't have had to pay for more. Ridiculous.

The nurses are extremely rude. It doesn't seem like they care much about their jobs or the clients.

I went there to have teeth pulled. They were cut out. Afterwards I come to find out that most of them were cut out all but four. Afterwards it felt like my mouth was ripped out as if a man handled me. Then I had gone through a whole bottle of painkillers in one week salt water was causing my gums to feel worse than what they were. When I went back for a checkup because of the pain I was told everything is fine to continue using salt water even though it was causing ulcers. Went to my dentist to find out he completely messed up my mouth I have bone fragments that they have 2 remove along with holes in my gum. Which is also putting a hold on getting my dentures. And when I do get my dentures I'm going to have to continue to go back for fittings and adjustments until my gums are healed 100%. I would not recommend this place for anyone not even for four legged fur babies I went there to have teeth pulled. They were cut out. I went for a simple tooth extraction. I felt that the older doctor was insincere and distant. He put on a good fake smile. His helper was rude and dismissal. I was not completely numb although I informed him that is i difficult to get my gums numb. I went back a second time because there was 2 tooth fragments left pushing through my gum. He told me that it was normal anatomy. I subsequently saw my own dentist and he has to remove 2 remaining pieces. I was also told that my problem was that I did not rinse enough such as 9 times a day. that is difficult when you work 12 hour days. I just feel dismissed and neglected. Absolutely horrible, don't go here. I had my wisdom teeth extracted about a year ago and it was a terrible experience then and I still have after affect issues with my mouth now. Not long after I got home from my extractions I found myself in excruciating pain. Pain so bad that the painkillers didn't really help. I have a generally high pain tolerance but for two or three days after the surgery I was nearly constantly in the worst pain of my life. Within a week following my extractions, one of my stitches burst for no reason which left me bleeding purfusely. I did everything they told me to do, but despite that, ever since the extraction, I've had periods of time where my area around where my wisdom teeth were and my back molars will become extremely inflamed. This happens semi-regularly and can last for several weeks at a time. The pain when this happens, is god awful, and makes it hard to eat. I guess I'm just gonna have to deal with this forever. The receptionist is very rude. Unprofessional and snotty. Makes you feel very unwelcome and not at ease! Yells at other employes infront of staff, gets upset if you reschedule or ask for a different day to come in than she suggest. As for Harry I was very pleased with him!!!!!!! Also the anesthesiologist was excellent and made me feel 100% at ease and so comfortable as if I was in great hands and I was!

One of the only Oral Surgeon doctors who are so good that Novocaine shots don't even hurt. I didn't even know my wisdom tooth was out and felt no pain (naturally 5 hours later when novicaine wore off it was sore). Went for 2 other damaged molars and I healed really well and suffered no pain during procedure. This Dr. is a Pro. I never care enough to write reviews about Doctors, but I have been very pleased and have recommended him to friends and acquaintances.
