When I decided to look elsewhere for help the Doctor,s Office Staff is excusing me of owning $50.00 for a no show visit, they tried this before when which was not true, and still not true I got a call from a Barbara on Saturday 6 /31/18 on, my cell phone with this lie I ask that she not call me again I do not Own Dr. Fernbach any money, I had always called to cancel an appointment if I could not keep them this is being done to harass, and bullied me because I am no longer a patient, and if his staff keeps this kind of behavior up I will Suit them!!! Dr. Fernbach should Retired, as far as I am concerned, he did not help me at all made my condition worst. right before i went to meet him i read his reviews and got nervous but I like him, I guess I will give another review after I've been there more but I have nothing bad to say at all. and they tell you up front you have to be on top of your appointments because there is fees
