Dr. Sarij is the best pain management Dr on Long Island. I have been always treated with the best care from him . There is nobody as good as him . Period . Simply the BEST. I come from Bellport which is a little far for me ... but even if he was in further I would still go to him! He’s worth the trip . So caring , understanding and he takes his time with you and actually listens!!! He’s the Greatest. Really I would refer anyone with TRUE pain to him hands down. Thank you Dr. Sarij ! I don’t know what I would do without you !

Dr. Sarij is an excellent and brilliant doctor. I had an epidural for lumbar issues causing severe pain . Dr. Sarij explained the procedure thoroughly and showed me what was causing the pain on the images on the screen. He is very intelligent, and has an empathetic and forthright manner. I also see Raza on a regular basis, for a different issue. He too, is absolutely wonderful. Besides having a great demeanor, he is always very helpful in responding to my pains and problems and Raza is an uncommonly nice and good man. I dealt with Anisha once, for trigger point injections. She too is fantastic. Everyone there is great. including the team at the front desk. I recommend this practice highly. Thank you!

Dr Sarij is a caring medical provider. Has helped me with my lower back problem to the point where I no longer have constant pain and discomfort. It is not gone totally but is just an occasional slight ache if sitting too long and is corrected when moving. Just do what the doctor says.

This doctor is a DISCRIMINATORY RASICT at its best. I came in seeking a new pain management referred to me by a family friend and upon meeting with Dr. Sarij I was instantly applaud by our introduction at first hand. Soon as he walked in the room he made a comment in the words of “oh I seen this before” like what does that mean. He then went to say nothing was wrong with me I explained to him I been seeing doctors for the past 10 years he stated they all were misdiagnosing me but he wasn’t able to tell me anything otherwise mind u he didn’t even look at my images until I told him I had copies and me and my doctor went over them he thought I was lying and asked me to show him the images which was already sent to him. Then he insist on taking this conservation to the hallway about my medical history after I stated numerous times why are we in the hallway discussing my medical history. His response was nobody out here listening. I guess HIPAA laws doesn’t apply to African American patients in his eyes. The icing on the cake was he then stated “well I’m not giving u oxycodone pain medicine because I know that’s what u are here for” not once did I ever ask this doctor for medicine that was when I realized he assumed and viewed me as black man looking for pain medicine at this point I was speechless never in my life have I ever been humiliated or looked upon like that in my life by a medical practitioner by far the worst doctor This doctor is a DISCRIMINATORY RASICT at its best. I never leave reviews but feel compelled to help others. Sarij makes inappropriate jokes, a lot of guessing, risky procedures offered to make money, creep factor high. My monthly appointment was canceled as retribution for a negative survey. I know insurance makes it hard, few choices, and offices do not accept self-pay. The best place to go if you’re in pain, have back, leg or neck problems etc. Dr. Sarij really did save my life. He put me on the right meds and never judges always listens. I had a PRP procedure done yesterday. Dr. Sarij patiently explained in detail everything that was being done and why to my daughter and me. I have been a patient for over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Sarij and his entire staff. The office is ran very efficiently and is always extremely clean. I used to get horrible headaches from my herniated discs in my neck and no dr in the past told me how I should never go to a chiropractor and let anyone adjust my neck due to my condition. Well not to jinx myself but my migraines are gone since I stopped and with the Trigger Shots I receive I can honestly say that the pain is under control. Although I have to travel about 45mins to get to the Farmingdale office it's definitely worth the trip. Wait times are relatively short for pain management. The appointment itself is pretty fast and efficient. This past month they forgot to send my rx but as soon as I called they were on top of it and I had my meds within the next 2 hours. For the last few years I've had an issue finding a pain management doctor that was able to also address my pelvic pain. Integrated spine covers all types of pain and offers a variety of treatments. If you're having a hard time finding a good pain doctor that will take ALL of your pain into consideration, not just your back, DEFINITELY check out integrated spine and pain care. If you're further east I know the idea of traveling that far can be a little off putting but I would drive to and subject myself to the smell of New Jersey for this level of attention to my specific needs! Dr Sarij is always current on my condition so half the appointment isn't wasted on playing catch up like I've experienced with most doctors. I've been to 3 or 4 different pain specialists over the last 2 years and none of them seemed to want to work with me long term because I have multiple chronic pain conditions. Most doctors don't want to be bothered with a complicated case so they push you along and often times blame it on mental illness. Dr Sarij took the time to speak to mental healthcare team to better understand my mental state. He fearlessly tackles my jigsaw puzzle of diagnoses and is very clear and straightforward with answers to my (sometimes excessive) questions. They suck. The Dr. does not listen to you or care if you have adverse reactions/side effects. Keeps trying to over talk you and prescribe thing that either don't work or you can't take. What a waste of time and effort. Stay away

Dr. Sarij cares for his patients. He took time with me and recommended me to do physical therapy for six weeks. He did not put me on painkillers. He did not try to over charge. I am happy I found a great doctor.

I had a painful but an awesome experience at Dr. Sarij office. I can't say enough great things about his staff. OB is going to make a great doctor one day he has an amazing bedside manor. Greg knows his stuff and wants to make sure I have no clots lol you will know if you meet him Ali made sure Dr.Sarij did not miss the target. I am still in pain but its slowly subsiding. I highly recommend this practice and Dr.Sarij. Clean facility also. Love OB he is going to go far -Thank Marilyn H

Dissapointed! They didnt accept my ins & wont take me as self pay. What kind of place does that? They should practice better ways to accept patiences and accomodate situations doesnt seem like they care about people to me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Staff is very very incompetent. They don't care if you go without pain medication. They sent a prescription in for me, and my pharmacy sent faxes, called numerous times telling them the medication was not covered by the insurance. The staff ignored all communications! When I go to pick up my medication that is when the pharmacy told me. I tried calling the doctor, and being the office was closed I spoke with the answering service in which they told me that the doctor does not take after hour calls regarding prescriptions. Image that!! I had to go to the hospital in order to get a few days of medication. All the staff had to do is get an OK from the insurance company, and find me a pharmacy that had the medications. If they had done this in the beginning my pharmacy would had enough time to order the medications. Once again I am left with no medication. When I tried to call the office I asked to speak to the office manager, twice they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I had to go down to the office and scare the hell out them by screaming my head off in order for them to do their job!!! Please trust me you don't want to deal with this incompetent staff!! Doctor is not available for weekend emergencies. Office staff are not competent when sending medication prescriptions to the proper pharmacy. The office manager is not courteous or patient friendly. Overall, would not recommend this physician or practice.

To date the best pain doctor I've seen , I consider NPA Razza my doctor as well these guys really understand pain , my condition is not repairable only treatable and Iam treated with respect and dignity. I would not go anywhere else. Like others I've been to a lot of doctors it takes awhile to find the right one for you, what works for me may not work for you , but all I can say is these guys are the real deal.
