As usual. Dr. Rogers provided excellent care and and a very thorough explanation of the mose procedure she was doing! It is always a pleasure to visit this office where I feel I get excellent care by a top notch physician and her wonderful professional staff!

On time, efficient, personable, skilled care! Dr. Rogers and Rachel have taken great care of me once again!

Dr. Rogers took seriously my concern about an area on my lower eyelid and successfully treated it. It had been dismissed by another doctor.

Had the CO2 laser facial procedure. The experience was 100% satisfactory. I would definitely go back to Modern Dermatology. I appreciate the MDs skills , RNs and all other staff. The office is very clean and appealing.

I am an immune suppressed kidney transplant patient with recurring skin cancer problems. I believe Dr. Rogers is my best bet to detect and treat my condition. I trust her with my life.

I never leave reviews, so this is new for me. I went in on my lunch break to make an appointment for my husband. I had left my wallet at my office and didn't have my insurance card on me. I was told that I couldn't even make an appointment with out it. Ok, I work in health care, and plastic surgery specifically so I know most software systems that are used for scheduling so I know she was lying. What if I didn't have insurance, then would I not have been able to make an appointment? She was straight out of the gate rude and condescending when asked what the appointment was for. Maybe that's the culture in that office, but my guess is the owners are unaware of the unprofessional customer service they have representing their practice. Yes it's health care, but there are choices, and for that reason alone, I wouldn't consider going there. Too bad, I was needing some fillers done as well. I had an early stage Melanoma removed from my leg a few years ago. Since then I have seen a few dermatologists and Dr Rogers has by far been my favorite. She is very thorough, appointments are quick and easy, and I appreciate that she does not try to push other products that are unrelated to my visit. Highly recommend!

Dr Heather Rogers is one of the superb Dermatologist’s/Surgeon’s in the Seattle Puget Sound area. Anything less than a 5 Star for her, & her staff are unwarranted and would be underrating. My daughter had malignant melanoma in October. Because of Dr Rogers keen, astute, brilliant mind, she saved my daughter’s life. Honestly, if you’re fighting for your life, professionalism in practice, precision, and brilliance in the field of medicine exceed everything. She saves lives. Mostly aesthetic dermatologist- interested in an easy buck. Honestly, just an average doctor whose best quality is her marketing. Not worth it.

Dr. Rogers has been treating my skin cancer and is excellent! She has great credentials, skilled in MOHS and has many other options besides this for treatment. Her office is very nice with convenient,reasonably priced parking, access behind and under the building. She is a very nice person, confident and her staff is lovely too. Because she is so good, she stays busy with her current patients and you may have to wait a little for the first appointment. It's well worth the wait!

Dr Rogers and her staff are efficient, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend her practice for health and cosmetic services!

I have seen Dr. Rogers for adult acne. I don't know if maybe this is just not her interest or specialty, but she definitely acted as though it was not her interest at all by her hurried manner and lack of interest in my questions regarding the medications she was prescribing and alternatives available. Finding a good dermatologist is not easy, and sadly Dr. Rogers was not a good dermatologist when it came to listening to my concerns or questions. I would not recommend her for acne treatment.
