terrible communication during services. Had a male nurse practitioner inside the patient room during my physical exam. Overall my exam was rushed and felt as though he should have been asked to leave the room. 4 people including myself is one too many during an exam in my opinion.

I am 23 and I was looking for a new PCP and decided to give Dr Wrinkler a try because of the reviews . The staff are really nice I’ll give them that . Overall I felt like I wasn’t heard or taken my symptoms seriously. I was just given the typical medication. I had to see her a second time for back pain and she finally decided to send me out for X-rays turns out I have a curve in my spine . I went for a white coating that I had in my tunge and I was given the same medication that failed the first time . I felt like I wasn’t being heard and now with my new doctor she immediately took a swab test and is sending me for further testing . My doctor explained every single part of my lab test which I recommended y’all do. I noticed some areas were I wasn’t doing good also matched the same levels of when I got lab test with her . Overall this Doctor was not a good fit for me and thought I share my experience just because I was so bummed out that my experience wasn’t as great as the reviews. I was excited to call and book my daughter’s appointment as a new patient here. When the front desk answered she just said the Doctors name really fast and didn’t introduce herself. I asked if I can make an appointment for my daughter as a new patient, she said yes, asked how old she is and if I would like mornings or afternoon. I told her afternoons and then she said ok and she put me on hold for 15 mins! Not a good first impression. It made me think 1. They will always leave you on hold that long, 2. I have been coming to Dr. winkler for 15 yrs now. She has been a great doctor for all 4 of my kids. No complaints.

Best doctor I have been to in years. She takes her time and really gets to know her patients. She saved my life when other doctors didn’t take the time. I’m forever grateful for the doctor that she is. I won’t change doctors since I found her.

She is SOOO rude. i Always make appt when i go in, NEVER A WALK IN but for some reason she is in a rush to get us out. she always has a attitude when we are there. it seems like she doesnt care to be there or help with what we need. I've been reading some of these reviews and I'm shocked at those who say Dr. Winkler is racist. SHE IS NOT RACIST! I am Hispanic and I have been going to Dr. Winkler for a few years now and I take my children there as well. Every time I have called the office even when it is not business hours her or her husband always answer the phone and answer questions. Anytime I've had a concern or have requested a specialist for my son or myself, she has always done what needs to be done in order to see a specialists. I have walked in without notice at times to have paper work filled out and she has done it without a problem. So I would recommend doctor Winkler to others. If you do walk in without an appointment or to have paper work filled out without advance notice then you should expect to wait. She is a busy doctor because she is great. Wow.. I was just reading the reviews and it's sad to see that people are very rude themselves. First off, I first met Dr. Winkler 23 yrs ago, I was a young teen mom and she helped my son get his asthma under control when it started at his young age of 6 months. My son was in and out of the hospital almost every 3-6 months of his young life for 5 years. Dr. Winkler was always a call away and she would visit him every morning and evening to see how he was doing and if I needed anything. I'm very much a Hispanic, never in my right mind would I think she was a racist, and I've met at least 20 pediatricians after Dr. Winkler took time off to raise her young child with cancer. Those years I couldn't find a good enough Doctor like her and I was always scared when my son would get sick because no one knew him as good as Dr. Winkler. Until about 5 yrs ago I found her again, and that's when my medical life worries went away. She's an amazing Doctor, very patient with my other son who also has asthma. Im happy to say that my oldest son now 23 yrs old grew out of his asthma at the age of 9yrs old because of Dr. Winkler. My other son is 11 yrs old and if Dr. Winkler was his doctor when his asthma started his asthma would have been gone by now. So please, if you are a first time at her office be patient. Dr. Winkler sincerely cares about her patients and her office. Her staff is sweet although they seem to still be learning the ropes as we have encountered a few charting issues on our 3 visits. She is very flexible for families in need as she sees walkins throughout the day, unfortunately this can make those who have apts wait a little longer, which has happened to us. I had taken my little girl to several other drs and no one could figure out what was wrong. the other Dr's didn't listen to me when I said my daughter is resistant to antibiotics but Dr. Winkler did.
