I have been going to doctor Hostin for decades she delivered 2 of my children always took time to go over my results and helped me figure situation out not only that we have such a great relationship not only because she is a great doctor that loves what she does but because she is an amazing person to know.

Impatient and irritated. I may have caught her on a bad day but she was not very pleasant. I’ve had such great experiences with other obgyns at Crystal Run as I am 18 weeks pregnant and have seen many of them already! I was pretty disappointed with her attitude when I mentioned one of my concerns to her. I walked in happy to my appointment yesterday and left annoyed. I had couple of other concerns I wanted to bring up before my appointment but didn’t feel comfortable doing so, so I didn’t share. She was a good Dr., but I wasn't very comfortable with her. I prefer a more warm & gentle personality for such a scary time in my life. Having my first born.

I was a patient at Dr. Hostin's office for about 3 years, and at first, things went well. Make no mistake, Dr. Hostin is a wonderful doctor. She's frank and informative, but makes you feel very comfortable. However, when I started having frequent gynecological issues, it was incredibly difficult to get an appointment. I was told that if I had any questions, I could call the office, but when I did, I wasn't given an answer, I was just told to come in to the office.... but there weren't any appointments until two months later. Additionally, I live far from the office, and work until 3:30, so I would've had to take a full day off of work for most GYN appointments that WERE available. If I could get a late appointment, it was in 3 months. All in all, Dr. Hostin is a great doctor, but getting into her office for an appointment was too difficult a feat for me to stay.

Dr Hostin is thorough and compassionate. She listens to concerns and takes her time with her patients. I have known her for years and trust her with my care. Don't hesitate to see her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hostin for a few years now. I find her to be very easy going and approachable. She explains things to and is very frank and honest. I am very disappointed that she is now a part of Crystal Run, I find them to very impersonal and unprofessional. Like it a lot better when she was with Comprehensive OB/GYN.

I have not been to a gynecologist in years and I was so glad I went to Dr Hostin! What a gem of a Doctor...she was so kind, gentle and spend time with me answering all my questions. I saw Susanne first, she asked me lots of questions and took my blood pressure...she also was very good and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hostin was informative, thorough, warm and welcoming.

It is our first time being pregnant. At the first visit didn't the dr. didn't inform us what to expect in the next few weeks, didn't call us back with the blood results. We felt like we have to beg for information. When we did have questions it about a day or two until we heard back.

Awesome!! The very best Doctor in my humble opinion. I wish I had switched doctors years ago. She is very patient, understanding, honest, informative, she has a sense of humor, she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and that the procedure and recovery go as smoothly as possible. She's all about quality of care over quantity of patients. Dr. Hostin gets "Doctor of the year" in my book!!

Crystal run healthcare was clean and brand new facility, no wait time and the staff was a pleasure and professional. Helen was kind, gentle and a pleasure to see. Looking forward to my next visit and wont be dreading my obgyn appointments like i have in previous years.

I have been seeing Dr Hostin for a few years now and wish I found her sooner. She is very professional and compassionate and easy to talk to. I always feel comfortable and at ease, answer all my many questions and health concerns always with a friendly smile.

Dr. Hostin delivered my daughter via c-section, as she was frank breech. My daughter is my first child, so naturally I was quite anxious about things not going as planned. Dr. Hostin was very professional, compassionate, attentive and knowledgeable. My scar is minor, as she did an excellent job with the procedure. I'm not sure that Nyack hospital is my first choice, but Dr. Hostin gets my recommendation for sure.

She is very good but I feel she talks too fast! So I feel rushed even though that is not the case in reality.
