Dr. How was very kind during our first appointment with her. She took a lot of time with us explaining everything and calming our fears. She was extremely late for our appointment. Overall, we were in the office for 3 hours which was a little ridiculous. For our next appointment, I was also made to wait in the consult room by myself for over an hour after my ultrasound was completed. When she came in, she was very rude and at one point actually told me that I needed to calm down. I had lost a child at 20 weeks before this one so was naturally concerned about some of the problems we were having and her harshness with me made me cry. I will never see her again.

Very knowledgeable. Gets straight to the point. Friendly and capable. I really appreciate her so far during this high risk pregnancy.

Was the on call doctor. Did not listen to me or look at my chart. Which put me and my son in danger! I’m pregnant again and I will refuse to let her near me
