Dr Koenig is warm, friendly, very detailed and generous with her time. She leads the team in this department and provides thorough care following up on every issue. Her staff is great and caring. You can not find a better provider in this field.

Dr. Koenig is top notch in her field. Her care and expertise is beyond any doctor I have been to. She cares about her patients. She has great follow up and is available when I need her. She explains everything in detail. She is one of the best.

I've been her patient for over 10 years. She is by far one of the most personable, well informed and genuine doctors I've ever had. (only 5 stars I've ever given) I can discuss anything with her. She responds every time I contact her no matter how big or small. My lab work and prescriptions never have an issue. I think she has done an amazing job with my illnesses her proactive approach to things is why I stay with her. I personally do not like the Hospital it's too much in every aspect tooo big, the support staff needs a lot of work they do not mirror or compliment her attitude. The appointment department is tragic they never answer and when they do you're on hold f(longest was 30:00) and lately they have an attitude. I've been her patient for over 10 years. She had absolutely no bed side manner and if you're not sick enough for her she will completely ignore you. I recommend Penn just not her

Simply The Best! ???? HANDS DOWN

One of the best doctors I have ever encountered.

After waiting for Dr. Koenig for 45 minutes ( waited 45 minutes a month before and was sent home). She dismissed my symptom as similar to a cold or a mono from teenage years. I have had chronic Epstein Barr with complications. It was an experience like one reads about when women would be dismissed by physicians as hysterical.

Dr. Koenig is an angle! She goes extra mile to care for me. She called my podiatrist and talked with us after the blood work. She saved my foot from future infection. She is the best doctor. We love her!!!

She is someone who really cares. She was available by e-mail and cell phone. She even took calls and called the hospital to make things right while on vacation with her family. She's a blessing as a doctor and a person.
