Dr.Schulze is the most amazing doctor. Have seen others doctors they are great too!!

I cannot brag enough about Dr. Shulze. She is so kind and very attentive. Anytime I have gone in she has been able to help me. The wait time is short. I couldn't have chosen a better doctor. I tell everyone about her.

Kind and considerate, as a professional business woman...I appreciate how she relates to me personally. She never talks down to me, and is always calm and doesn't rush our visit.

My daughter was misdiagnosed not once but several times by the doctors in this office. I was also told via telephone after having an mri and X-ray of my lower lumber that I had significant damage to my lower lumbar spine and was looking at surgery or possible paralyzes. I was referred to a specialist in Plano who found what I was told at the previous office ridiculous and unbelievable. I had a slight bulg in my back and no damage that would warrant surgery or paralyzes. He suggested I find a new physician due to the misinformation. I addressed my concerns with the office staff and was told if I don’t like the care being rendered I could go elsewhere. A few days later I received a letter in the mail stating the office was releasing myself and my daughter from care. I called and spoke to the office manager to ask why they would release us due to me addressing concerns regarding care. She said that is the policy of the office and we were longer allowed to see anyone in the office unless we wrote a letter asking them to take us back as patients. Ridiculous!! So we get misdiagnosed and I have to beg you to keep me on as a patient. I have since found a new doctors office. Which I might add is terrific, friendly, fast, and efficient. They actually spend time asking questions and finding out what you need as a patient. Beware of this place and its doctors they don’t care about you they care about the money. I’ve seen Dr. Schulze for years and she is a great Dr. She cares about her patients and these days that’s a rare commodity.

I avén been with Dr. Schulzd for YEARS. I hadn't moved away and tried other doctors for a time, but they never made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Schulz don't has. I truly trust her and her medical opinion and hope I don't have to find a new doctor any time soon!!

Diagnosis has always been spot on ,

I am very satisfied with the care I am receiving form Dr. Schulze. She listens to me and never rushes through exams. I have great confidence in Dr. Schulze and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Helen Schulze has gone above and beyond for me since the day I stepped into her office. She turned bad past experiences with doctors into positive visits that I genuinely look forward to. I drive 60 miles from Dallas to see Dr. Schulze without hesitation because she is the best.
