Dr. Helena K Bentley

The receptionist doesn’t answer my call. I called the office for about 6 times, she didn’t answer. After she answer, she put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and never resumed the call. I wanted to bring my son here but due to the attitude of the receptionist, I decided to choose another Dr for my baby.

The best pediatrician ever. She is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. My son has since aged out a few years ago and we really miss her.

She is so Kind and careful

I am 38 years old, my children are 20 and 13. Dr. Bentley was my pediatrician and she was both my kids pediatrician and now is my grand baby's pediatrician. She has been in our family A LONG time and I won't recommend anyone else. Over the years, her front desk staff has lacked, but she has remained the same! Love this lady!

They never pick up the phone

I brought my 19 month old here and all they did was check his breeding and tell me he was fine. They charged me $273. They are thieves and that’s y they tell you they can’t tell you the cost of the visit until after the visit. Their explanation as to y I’m being charged $273 is because it’s his first visit. This is the first I have ever heard this... if you do not have health insurance stay away from this place. One of the best pediatrician’s in the medical field. When my children aged out of her practice, I cried with the uncertainty that I’d never find quality care like she and her staff gave my children. She cares for your children like they were her own and went to bat for me when other doctors questioned my judgment on the best care for my children. Dr. Bentley is the best of doctors in Georgia, hands down. One of the best pediatrician’s in the medical field. Called to make doctor appointment and I asked the front desk work a appointment and she hung up the phone on me. No Respect at all I will not be coming here.

I love Dr proctor and my son does too this is the first doctor he has went to see and didn't cry .awesome experience.

My son is 16. Love Dr. Bentley. He seen her for 15 years. She is always pleasant to see and give great service.

I chose Dr. Bentley @ Kidcare Pediatrics before my first child was born. They were located on Old National in the old Block Buster's/Crow's Nest plaza. That was over 26 years ago. Most of my family take their children to her as well. And now my oldest daughter takes her daughter there. We love Dr. B. She's one of the most down to earth doctors you'll ever me. The staff is rude at times,love Dr.Bentley she was my doctor as a child but she doesn't have a lot of patient to doctor time due to her amount of patients. There's always a wait even with an appointment.

Pediatrician to my four children since birth; 16 years. Personable, knowledgeable, caring and even humorous!

I love Dr.Bentley she's the best doctor ever!!! My daughter's been going to her since she was born in 2009! Never a long wait, and the staff is so nice and caring!

Dr. Bentley is a wonderful doctor. She's very caring and thorough. But beware, even with an appointment you're guaranteed to have an hour wait. They pack two waiting rooms with patients. As a patient, you will sign a contract that if you're late or cancel, you're charged for an office visit. But as a patient, your not given the same courtesy.
