I forgot about a court date in gadsden yrs ago as I'm not a frequent flyer with the court system. at my visit the dr walked in.. didn't say hello, just straight up said.. what you get arrested for. Never went back. how rude.

Everyone in the office very friendly an I never wait long to see the Dr an I love Dr born he is a good Dr. They always take good care of me..

This doctor changed my life. He has been awesome, accommodating & helpful with all my needs. I dont have a regular family physician, so he does a lot for me besides the suboxone. The staff are hard working & deal with a lot of patients with problems. Including but not limited to, bad attitudes. I personally had massive issues with insurance that took months to figure out. They worked & worked with me & the insurance company until it got sorted out. Any other place would have given up way earlier & just made me pay cash. Do right, & do what your supposed to do & they will help you too. I've been with them for over 5 years. In that time I've seen that respect for the rules earns you respect with the doctor & staff. Absolutely terrible. They don't care at all. Your sobriety means nothing compared to their pettiness. Don't call, they will only give you lip. They work half days and 14 days a month.

If i could give this place a negative i would....i watched these people dismiss several people or would not see a patient because the patient was 20 to 30 minutes late even after the patient called and drove over an hour to get there....this office prescribes suboxone, a medicine that is supposed to be out there to help people, but then then they will tell a person who they are prescribing it to that they wont write them their medicine or see them for at least 2 weeks causing the patient to be without their medicine for at least 2 weeks all because they were half an hour late? And in the morning is the larticular cases im referring to, so if u work at a place like that and cannot work in a single person in thd other 7 hours that you are open that day then u are just terrible at ur job and dont need to be working with people who ACTUALLY ARE TRYING TO GET THE HELP THAT THEY NEED!!! Dr. Is great! However the front office receptionist is rude, sarcastic, unprofessional, always treats people like an inmate, will ignore you when your checking in , close the window in your face, self absorbed. And probably needs a really good diet plan✅

Very good Dr

The staff of Dr.born are the best . he is a great Dr. I wouldn't be able to write this is it not for Dr born and his caring staff .they gave me my life back and hope again .they never looked down on me for what i was going though .they spent time with me and talk to me to figure out what i needed to be myself again .no everyone else i talk to said there was no hope man they were wrong .because of Dr.born and his Staff im here and I'm doing very well .im so glad I found them .i. Just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart .dont ever let anyone tell you getting off of pain killers can't be done.i was taking oxcodone for my bad back Every time i didn't have one I was so sick and didn't think I was going to make and then I found Dr. Bone and here i am 8 months clean .there is hope .if you need help please please go see Dr. Born and his Staff you won't be sorry ..god bless. Dr Born has been really great to me I am comfortable talking with him and staff is always nice to me. I am very satisfied with the service I get from all. They have worked with me and helping me in a difficult time of life for me. I appreciate Dr Born so much. Really glad I was referred to him

You people bad mouthing Amy are really something serious if you really only knew ... He didn't "get rid of her " . Know the whole story before you comment if you got told she slammed a window and got fired also a lie . The truth is not my place to put on the internet but if you were a female treated badly by her professionally she might of been trying to warn you to get the hell away from that office . Excellent accommodating staff! Very friendly and professional! Dr. Born is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. He genuinely wants to help people. A great doctor, and all around great guy. 5/5 feelgoodman.avi

Girl over the paperwork, A., is lazy as hell and refused to fax my documents correctly. Obviously incapable of doing her job. Smart ass attitude.. needs to get laid. Didn't have a problem with the actual doctor, besides the fact that he needs to hire people that actually care about their job and patients considering the 'profession' they are in. Known Dr Born since I was a child.. great doc!!

I have been a patient of Dr Born for many years . He and his staff are very professional but very friendly.Dr Born is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone .I was just in to see him today and as usual I left there very happy .

I have been a patient of Dr. Born's for many years and he is a great doctor. I am pleased to say that he has gotten rid of Amy, the nurse that everyone can agree was not friendly, nor did she ever do much of anything. The entire staff is 5 stars for sure now. I just left there and the whole office has a great vibe and things went very well. The new nurse returns calls, and treats you like a person and not like you are bothering her. Thank you Dr. Born for being such a wonderful doctor and for getting a great team together for us too!!!! If you are looking for a wonderful doctor, and staff, and you will comply with the rules of the program then you have found it. My experience with Dr. Born was great but had a very bad experience with his nurse Amy. After my bad experience with her I tried to call and talk to Dr. Born but she said he didn't take phone calls and refused to call me back when I left messages. She refused to authorize medication for me that I had been taking for years and was left to go off of cold turkey without being able to have a conversation with the doctor.and she could care less. So, because you would have to deal with her before you ever see Dr. Born, my advise would be, if your over the age of 40 and a female,run, as fast as hell to the next doctor. I'm serious! But, if your a young half good looking male, go for it, you might get a little extra surprise. DR. BORN IS GREAT, HE LISTENS TO YOU AND THEN GOES FROM THERE. THE STAFF IS ONE THAT CAN'T BE BEAT..THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP WITH YOU MEDS. IF INSURANCE PROBLEMS COME UP..IF YA NEED A DOC. YOU FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE..
