Excellent surgeon - Performed neck surgery to remove cancer, including thyroid and complete right side neck dissection. I am now 8yrs cancer free.

Dr Hoe is excellent and also a great teacher. Very knowledgeable and I have all the confidence in him.

Very pleased with both doctors. Felt they really cared about my situation and the outcome. They listened to all my concerns and helped me make an informed decision.

Had been referred to Dr. Ho by my primary care provider Dr. Shay. I went back and thanked Dr. Shay for referring me to Dr. Ho. I found Dr. Ho to be very attentive and knowledge about the medical issues that plaque me. He developed a concise treatment plan to deal with my issues. Highly recommend him.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I am 7 weeks post op, total thyroidectomy and also a healthy 30 weeks pregnant. When I first met Dr Ho in September of this year he was attentive, compassionate and concerned that whatever action plan to surgically remove the papillary carcinoma would require 2 patients' doctors approvals, both me and baby. Dr Ho's plan, with the total support and consensus of my OB team, to perform the surgery at 23 weeks instead of waiting until after the baby birth is, I believe, the reason I am not looking at RAI follow-up treatment. The tumor was removed in entirety, no trace of invasion into lymph nodes or anywhere else in the neck. Had I elected to wait another 6+ months, I do not believe I would have had the same outcome. My healing has been steady and without complications. The expectation of feeling rushed and overwhelmed from diagnosis to surgery in less than 90 days were diminished greatly due to the fantastic care I received from Dr Ho's entire team and Winter Park Hospital, pre-op, recovery and post op. He operated on a diagnosed melanoma on my ear in 2019 or 2018. Very minimal appearance change post op. Dr. Ho and his staff very competent and congenial.

Did exactly what was promised. Couldn’t expect more.

Dr. Ho is an exceptional ENT doctor who coordinated my care with the neurologist for surgery. He has diligently provided checkups for 7 years after the CA surgery. Couldn't ask for better care...his staff is great too.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer. Fortunately it was discovered at an early stage. Dr. Ho has been an excellent partner in regard to diagnosis and helping me navigate through this stressful situation. I recently had surgery and Dr. Ho did an excellent job making me feel at ease in addition to ensuring the surgery was a complete success. I'd recommend Dr. Ho to anyone!

Amazing physician with high emotional intelligence.

GO ELSWHERE! I had been a client at the winter park office,recurring sinus infections. I told Jeff Baylor, who had been treating it, that I get an agonizing swelling in my mouth from an identifies infection in my lower sinus. I went in for a $6000 operation and was told by Baylor he was going through the nostril and going to remove/excavate the infection. HE DID NOT DO THAT. He made the hole inside bigger for drainage. I had been telling him to go through the gum line at vacuum it out, “oh no we have better ways”, within a week the infection came back, they switched me to dr Jaddidian, and he wanted to go through the nose again and the gum line, I investigated the medical codes and he was basically re-operating doing the same thing as before, and I spoke to him, he made up a bunch of excuses, about “well it’s not really the same”’ , just a bunch of excuses for Baylor’s malpractice. These jerks don’t listen to their patients, their staff sucks, they do not return messages, they falsify in their texts about trying to reach me by phone, no missed calls on the iPhone. They churn the patient account to rob you blind, fail to produce results. I’ll never go back to these thieves, and I heard all the same from my neighbor who had similar experiences GO ELSWHERE! Dr Ho performed a very difficult and tricky surgey on my wife a month ago.He sucessfully removed a tumor from behind her partiod gland witout causing any damge to any surroundin glands and although the incision was around 6" one can hardly notice it and she is now pain free,Great Job.

This beautiful man saved my life. Within 15 minutes of meeting him I was in the ER awaiting a tracheostomy and feeding tube due to throat cancer which was cutting off my breathing. And he's so kind! **Update 11/13/18** It has been almost 2 years since my initial diagnosis. I’m still battling the cancer, now metastasized, and continue to see Dr. Ho every 3 months. He calms me when I get overwhelmed and answers every question with patience. Always takes the time to make sure you understand everything. OUTSTANDING !!! I went to Dr. Ho for a second opinion related to a large tumor on the left side of my face. He wasted NO time scheduled me for surgery the following week. Removed 6cm tumor from Parotitod gland. Cancer free for over 3 years.

This is the A team! Everyone is awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Ho treated me for oral cancer. Despite asking him to treat the left side of my mouth where I could feel something wrong he only treated the right. I ended up with cancer spreading to my jaw on the untreated side and had to have bone removed from my leg to replace the part of my jaw where the cancer spread. I am disappointed that Dr. Ho was not more hands on. I'm still suffering the pain of recovery from the 12 hour surgery needed to treat the bone cancer 6 months on. Beware of Dr. Ho.

I find the office staff and doctors to be very helpful and attentive.

Excellent care, very nice staff. Of course, I'm prejudiced in their favor because my procedure worked wonderfully.

Excellent experience with Dr Ho. He is very caring, patient, kind and also very detailed in his explanations to any question/concerns provided. I highly recommend Dr Ho. I would classify Dr. Ho as one of the best if not the best experience I personally have had with a Dr.

Terrible doctor. Cold hearted and incompetent. Find out for yourself if you have a lot of time and money to spend.
