Dr. Herminio B Balderama

The office staff is not friendly, to say the least. When trying to make an appointment they would give me an appointment for two weeks later even though I was their patient. I would not go there.

This doctor's office is awful. Not patient friendly at all. Make sure the people are working that you are going for. Two times my mom (97) has been told they couldn't help her cause the correct people were in office. 1st time was to have blood drawn, 2nd call in prescription refill that they have called in for years. So today I have to go get prescription and take to pharmacy cause people couldn't call it in.....she calls at 9, they tell her at 2:30 to come get it. Wow I am just blown away, they might as well shut the doors if they cannot take care if the patients that have been there for years. This doctor's office is awful. Not patient friendly at all. Dr. Balderama is excellent at diagnosing diseases. The nurse practitioners are very good too.

This DR is awesome my wife had him while she was in the hospital he is amazing very polite and respectful and nice. I recommend DR balderrama

I have been seeing Dr. Balderama as a patient since late 1995 whenever I have lived in the US. When I have been away he has provided contact info for which ever Dr. I have found so they can call or email, fax, what ever it took so he could get them my health info and the treatment plan I am on so for the entire time I've seen him I've had continuity of care. He's the most dedicated Primary Care Dr. I've ever had. I'm grateful that God guided me to him.

Dr. B is a fair and friendly doctor, whose kindness and courtesy were noticed when my Dad was in the hospital enduring an amputation. Although my dad was angry at losing his leg and critical of doctors in general, Dr. B patiently heard him out and found common ground in discussing military matters of the past. I will not soon forget his kindness.
