Dr. Hilary Herbert Washington

Dr. Washington has been my primary physician for 18 years never failed me always made sure my health was number 1. I love him like family I trust him with my care. Dr. Washington watches medicines side effects closely too make sure your health is treated in a safe way. He explains everything carefully, he takes his time with you to make sure you understand. Dr. Washington was born to be a doctor it is in his heart. God gave him a gift ??. Thankyou so much for being my doctor ?. May God keep his hands on you ??.

he was rude , unprofessional, arrogant and wait time was atleast 45 minutes past the scheduled appt time!

This 4 foot guy HERBERT WASHINGTON is by far the most rude and unprofessional Doctor. He is slow as ever! The first time I came I left after waiting 45 minutes. Today the same thing, I waited 45 minutes and then he had the nerve to come into my personal space hostile and loud telling me " you can leave and there is the door". I told him who the hell do you think you are talking to? I will drag your short a## across this floor and mop your a** with it. The Maryland Board of Physicians will surely be getting a complaint against this weirdo from me for ! His behavior is totally unacceptable. Dude, your like 4 feet lol Go sit your short a$$ down somewhere. Then, behind the reception desk is junky as hell. How on earth is this office organized? Papers scattered all over the place. Not organized at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGRUNTLE A$$ DOCTOR!

Dr Washington is an wonderful family physician who strives to provide excellent, dedicated, professional medical care to his patients on each and every occasion. I have been his patient now for almost twenty years and I respect him as a healthcare provider and trust him as my family doctor.

Dr. Washington us the best doctor ever. I've been seeing him almost 20 years with no complaint's.

Office management is inefficient in addressing urgent matters. There is no reason why I shouldn't have seen the doctor and expressed my concerns before getting lab work and have it done all at once, instead of waiting a month for an appointment, making repeat visits to the lab and waiting days for results. I waited 2 hours on first visit with no other patients waiting. When I complain, I get excuses, but nothing changes. I deserve better.

Outstanding doctors with great bedside service. However, he give no consideration to his patient when your appointment is at 11am and you still havent been seen 2:30pm. This is a constant problem with coming to his office. I'm currently looking for a great doctor like himself because I cant cominously spend my whole day at a doctor office everytime I have appointments.
