I am very disappointed by the front desk of this dentist. First they gave me an incorrect estimate where it shows nothing covered by my insurance and everything is out of my pocket. When I called the insurance they said they cover certain % and told to ask my dentist office to submit for a pre-estimate. So, the front desk agreed to do that. After a month when I called them they said they had incorrect insurance in their records so they will file with my correct ins. That has been over 4 months and no reply yet. I have waited for this long to write this review since I see people giving her good reviews and I wanted to make a point to write this review so people are aware of the facts. I appreciate Dr Mathur, She is a caring listener, gentle with her instruments and highly competent in her surgical skills. I have been to several periodontists over time and Dr. Mathur is by far the best - Every visit has been excellent and that is saying alot for a Periodontist - You are in good hands here.

They are the absolute best!!!! The staff is and always has been AMAZING. And, what can I say about Dr. Mathur??? She should be cloned and put in every dental office across the world. Very thorough, professional, caring and an all around genuine person. I’m blessed to be a patient of hers.

I have been going to Dr. Mathur's office for several years now. The staff is always professional and friendly. The hygienist, Krystle, is very thorough, gentle, and explains things very well.

Dr.Mathur is super nice, professional and gets straight to the point. her staff is super friendly and helpful.

Everyone I met was very kind. Dr. Mathur is very professional and down to earth. I’ve been going here several years and her treatment plan has really been good. My dental hygienist is the nicest person. She’s so good at what she does. Another thing I really appreciate is how they work with me to schedule my appointments. If I have to cancel and reschedule they will call me and let me know when they have openings. This is good because sometimes I forget to reschedule. You can’t go wrong.

Dr. Mathur & her beautiful staffs makes you feel welcome . They are very accommodating to your needs ,, their beautiful smiles makes your worries dissipate ??

The service was very poor. Their scheduling here and follow up was awful.

This was the most tragic and horrible experience I have ever had with any doctor. I would not recommend her to anyone. I thought doctors took an oath to do no harm, well beware of this one. Hiru Mathur is a very vindictive person. I insisted on an appointment date she had given me after being put off 4 times and she surely made me regret it. The procedure ( Implants ) I did not return for my follow up appointments.
