Dr Van is my cardiologist for my past 2 post surgeries to repair my valve and bypass. I would highly recommend Dr. Van because he listens to his patients and tries to help them understand things and tell you what makes sense to you as his patient. He gives you whatever detail you need and encourages you to ask questions. He also is quick acting and makes decision with you based on what is needed. This is the type of doctor you need when you are dealing with serious matters.

Dr van has great “ bed side manner “ and takes time working with you . He also squeezed me in on short notice when I had cardiac issues . Can’t say enough good things about Dr Van

After 30 minutes of a 1.5 hour wait it seemed the appointment should have been rescheduled. I have great respect for Dr Van. it was difficult to watch him struggle for the five minute meeting. No new appointment was scheduled’.

I have been a patient for over 14 years. He has taken exceptional care of my heart heath. He is so easy to talk to and is very generous with his time during my visits. He explains everything in terms a patient can understand and his demeanor and bed side manner goes above and beyond compassionate. I am very lucky to have met him and become his patient under the circumstances. If you are in need of heart health care, I would recommend him 100%.

I see Dr Konugres but met several associates when I went in with a suspected MI. They checked on me every day and helped adjust my medications. I do recommend Dr Konugres. He is good about explaining options and willing to try a conservative approach before resorting to invasive procedures. I already feel much better and my shortness of breath has resolved. I have had good experiences with all the staff there.

Doctor Van listen to your questions then he makes sure his patient understand his answer. His answer and explained the causes of patients health problems; heart problems then how to treat the issues. He is human doctor. He is NOT robot doctor. He CARED for patient.

Dr Van is a fantastic cardiologist. He was the person who performed my angiography and started the ball rolling on my way to bypass surgery. He has been taking care of me for 5 years and he and his team at PCA Including Christina have provided excellent support. Dr. Van was very professional and courteous of my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain my lab and test results and made sure I was comfortable with any health concerns. He is by far the best physician I’ve seen at PCA

The entire staff at PCA is polite and professional. Dr. Van is a wonderful cardiologist- he is very well educated and always takes the time to answer all of your questions thoroughly. It is obvious that he truly cares for his patients. I highly recommend this group.

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly office. Dr. Van was everything I needed in a cardiologist. He answered all my questions and came up with a treatment plan that was helpful for my condition.

Very pleasant doctor, explained me in details my situation, made me not to worry, it looks like that I am in good hands!

The communication in this practice is excellent, and the nurses are good about getting my questions to the Doctor in a timely fashion. Dr. Van is not only knowledgeable, but he actually calls me when necessary.

Dr. Van is the best cardiologist! He gives his patients full attention and time, making you feel at ease. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a cardiologist!

Dr. Van is one of the most thorough and supportive Dr's I've come across in a long time. He really takes time to get to know your concerns and health issues, follows up timely and asks the "right" questions to help get you the answers you need. I've very thankful my friend referred me to him!

Dr. VAN is the best. He understands his patients needs. If i could give him 100 Stars out of 10 I would. I highly recommend any one to consult and be treated by Dr.Van.

Dr. Van was thoughtful and answered questions. The office staff was very efficient. Only complaint was that it took so long to get an appointment. They have a wonderful pharmacist (Juliann) that spent time with me going over all my medications and worked with the insurance company to get an authorization.

Dr. Van is what every doctor should be! Professional, personable, honest, and really does care!!!

In my 90th year, Dr HoHai Van gave me a new chance at life performing surgery in January 2021. Last week at my 6-month check-up, he gave me excellent advice on several matters of concern. He was attentive, thorough, caring and knowledgeable. Also he has a unique way of kneeling down to reach my height so we were able to maintain eye contact throughout my visit. I have had several visits with Dr. Van. He is thorough and takes time to answer any questions I have, and I can have a lot of questions. He helped calm me as I was really anxious at my first visit with him. He and his staff have been excellent to work with from scheduling, testing, reporting test results, follow ups, etc. I definitely recommend Dr. Van.

Dr Van is a well qualified, competent interventional cardiologist. He and his team provided expert emergency care following my acute myocardial infarction. He has excellent bedside manners and good listener.

I went to PCA for an echocardiogram. All protocols for safety and physical distancing were observed and I felt very safe. Dr. Van and his crew at PCA saved my life and I'll be forever grateful! The process began many years prior when Dr. Konugres counseled me about a mitral valve prolapse (with which I was apparently born). He encouraged me to monitor it annually and planted the seed that I would eventually have to "either have it replaced or repaired." Being a lifetime athlete and exercising somewhat regularly, and likely because I'm a typical "guy", I checked it for a couple years but eventually ignored it... until 2016 when I started getting dizzy during workouts and could no longer count my heartbeats because they were so eradic and inconsistent. Enter Dr. Van, who recognized the urgency to act on the condition of my now progressively degenerated and significantly compromised mitral valve. He calmly, clearly and patiently articulated the seriousness of my situation and helped guide me through the next critical steps without scaring me (too much... ;) ). Dr. Van educated me regarding what was happening and what needed to be done next, etc. His calm, professional demeanor instilled a sense of confidence in me that he's seen and done this before many times with great success and I was in the best hands. And PCA continues to give me the best care and attention today.
