Dr. Holly M Verderame

I’ve been seeing Dr. Verderame for about a year, she was a second opinion after I had foot surgery with another Dr. and it did not go as planned. After my first surgery I was experiencing a good amount of pain, Dr. Verderame worked extensively with me to ensure every potential issue was ruled out before needing a corrective surgery to fix what she believed could be the issue. I’m 4 weeks post op and feeling great! Dr. Verderame is thorough, asks questions, takes note, has empathy, is honest and holds you accountable. In my book she is everything a Dr. should be! Her front desk individuals (Marisa specifically as I’ve worked most with her) and nurses are not-notch. The all around customer service and consistency is refreshing. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Verderame for any foot related concerns or issues. I look forward to continuing to work with her and am grateful for her medical guidance throughout this process.

The doctor is quite personable, knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful.

I've been seeing Dr Verderame for 10+ years for various foot / toe issues and she's always been very personable, professional and really knows her stuff. I also took my son there for sports-related foot issues and she helped him as well. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Verderame is an excellent podiatrist. She is personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. Her office staff is also extremely professional and friendly.

Due to the lack of respect on a resolution of returned items purchased at the practice I would not recommend this practice. Unworn insoles purchased at the practice and compression socks that were only worn home that caused additional pain were returned the following day after the office staff said they could be returned. The office staff issued a return receipt and said refunds would be processed at the end of the month, that was back in May. Repeated phone calls were not returned, a very respectful letter was sent to Dr. Verderame in late June asking for a resolution with no response. I have been a patient for many years and I adore Dr. Verderame! She is down to Earth and has a good sense of humour! AND! She fixed my problem!

I saw Dr. Verdarame sometime back and was surprised by a 2-star review, as I feel it does not reflect upon the doctor's ability as it should. With that said, Dr. Verdarame had me walking without pain from a neuroma within a month. She took her time to assess, treat, and remedy the source of my foot pain and was tolerant of my tears during the process. A patient for 1 year and have had a great experience with Dr. Verderame and her staff. She was cautious and considerate. She explained her plan of treatment. Unfortunately we ended up doing surgery but she was very competent. Post op care has been great and I am on the road to recovery.

I showed up promptly for my appointment at the scheduled time. I waited for 35 minutes before I went up to ask if it would be much longer, I had another appointment to make that day. The receptionist looked at me like I offended her! She commented that this was a doctor’s office and I will be seen in turn. She then gave me a look like I should just shut up and sit back down. At that point the office manager stepped in to diffuse the situation and took me back to a room to wait for the doctor. I waited another 15 minutes in the room before I decided to leave. I never saw the doctor, and I was late for my next appointment. They treated me like I was insignificant, and that my time was worthless as compared to theirs. I am going to another doctor.
