Very professional and exact.

We were referred to Dr Tabandeh fof a special scan. We waited 30 minutes in the front area and another 10 minutes at an inside room. It looked like Dr Tabandeh was the only doctor that day. With multiple laser treatments in both eyes, Dr. Tabandeh is probably the reason I still have my vision today.

This office has an amazing staff. Great doctor who has been really good in communication with my procedure if my eye. After surgery. I have seen a great progress can't be more happy with this staff

I want the world to know how great and professional Dr Tabandeh is. He did a surgery on my mom’s both eyes and I am grateful to say that he did what my mom’s previous Dr could not do. Dr Tabandeh is very professional and takes his time explaining everything thoroughly and takes his time to answer every question. The staff is also great specially Christine and Andy. Staff and doctors are very friendly, respectful . In general very pleasant experience.

I met Dr. Tabandeh when I woke up one morning with half of my vision gone! He saw me before noon and by that evening, he had restored 99% of my vision! No one can tell that I had such a massive surgery. Not even other ophthalmologists! Dr. Tabandeh is calm, competent, knowledgable and very thorough. He takes his time examining you, answers all your questions and addresses all your concerns. Losing one's sight is probably one of the scariest experiences ever, but Dr. Tabandeh has not given me back my vision but also the comfort/confidence that I would be okay. This is a place which you feel that not only you are in good hands of Dr. Tabandeh (and his colleagues), as an extremely knowledgeable and experienced retina specialist, but also can observe that how the environment is carefully and benevolently set for the younger staffs of the clinic, who are hopefully going to be the future generation of wonderful doctors or eye specialists. They are extremely polite and caring to the patients, especially Andy and Christine. Dr. Tabandeh took care of my mom after she experienced a partial loss of vision and was very frustrated with her condition. This happened on a weekend, and he got back to her over the weekend and saw her first thing in the morning. We were so touched by his sincerity in taking care of my mother and doing so quickly. As a white person on MediCal, I was so blessed to be condescended to and treated like a person of color at a Nieman Marcus Dept store during my 1st (and only visit) at this doctor's office. His office staff were so gifted at dishing out condescension, I thought I was getting a Masters Class on how they treated transient people. Dr Tabandeh plays the role of brilliantly skilled and amazingly humbling caregiver. He treated me so warmly, it felt like a breath of fresh air over my homeless encampment. I suffer from a sport related injury , when a racket ball hitting my left eye. This condition could give rise to detached cornea and loss of sight. For the past 9 years I have been a patient of Dr Homayoun Tabandeh . I have found the service to be outstanding, with a combination of modern technological assessment, complimented by Dr. Tabandeh’s personal examination. The service is excellent and unhurried. I was referred to Dr. Tabandeh to check if I have pre existing conditions for Macular Degeneration (MD) due to the family history. He was extremely friendly and courteous. Fortunately I was cleared. He spent good amount of time to explain what the MD condition is and how to check for it myself and what procedures are available to treat it. He is very professional and caring. I have been seeing Dr. Tabandeh on regular basis every year for last 10 years to monitor and maintain my eyes' health. Years ago he cured and saved my eye sight by surgery due to some complication on one of my eyes. Every doctor that has seen the work on regular eye exams has praised the work. Dr. Tabandeh is one of the most professional and skillful doctors I have met. He is highly respected with busy practice. He is very caring and explains everything clearly. My father has been a patient of doctor Tabandeh for some time now. Dr. Tabandeh is one of the most caring and knowledgeable physicians in the field of retina treatment. He is always very attentive and takes the time to go over all the tests results with myself and my father. His staff has always treated us with respect and courtesy. Dr. Tabandeh is highly respected and a well known ophthalmologist with a very busy practice due to high recommendations from his patients and referral by other doctors. He is very caring and takes his time to explain everything plainly and clearly. His diagnosis has been very accurate. I started seeing Dr. Tabandeh due to some eye complication that required laser surgery which he did an excellent job and cured the problem.

Ahhhhhhhh!!! How did it take so long to see Dr Tabandeh? We waited for over 2 hours to see this doctor and there was a woman in the waiting room who had waited for 3 hours. And there was not a magazine or piece of reading material in sight. I know that I sound hysterical, but it honestly felt like we were part of some social experiment where they were seeing how long it would take for people to get mad in a quiet waiting room with nothing to do for hours on end. They clearly take on many more patients than they are able to handle. We are going to find another doctor. Ahhhhhhhh!!! How did it take so long to see Dr Tabandeh? I think waiting over a month, and still waiting, for test results is unacceptable. Refer people elsewhere if you do not have time to deal with them.

Dr. Tabandeh was recommended to me by another physician. He is thorough in examining his patients. He interacts in a serious yet kind and courteous manner. Very professional! I recommend him to anyone who has retina problems. When I told him that I was going to visit a retina specialist in Iran and told him the name, he said he is one of the best in this field. You don't hear that very often from colleagues. In summation Dr. Tabandeh is one of the best in his field. I could give him 10 stars!

He is the best doctor I know .i wish to give him 10 or 20 star .he is not only proffetional at his job ,also he is real human .my mom is diabetic .she was diagnosed bleeding on her right eye that causes her almost blindness.the only doctor could saved her vision was doctor tabandeh.he did sergery on her eyes and fix my mom eyes .he is very honest ,very kind and very very caring.he is not like of so many doctors that diagnosis wrong because for just making money ...god bless him and his family.

I give five stars because I feel on some level Dr. Tabandeh saved my life. I had a retina detach. following my cataract surgeries. The detach occurred on a Fri pm and the next am early I was in surgery with him. His colleagues were extremely efficient in the operating room. I felt safe and cared for even though it was a very traumatic experience in and of itself. I've seen 2 other drs at RV Assoc. during followups & liked them all. I highly recommend. It's been 3yrs & my eye is doing great!
