I’ve agonized about writing this review for over 2 years but it’s only fair to prospective patients to hear honest reviews in order to make an informed decision about something that is as important as going under the knife of a surgeon. I was referred to this Dr. By my breast surgeon who would be performing my surgery at the same time. I had a bi lateral mastectomy with replacement of breast implants to be done by this Dr. I brushed off his bedside manner as I am an ER Nurse and know that you can still be a brilliant Dr. Even if you are not the most polite person. The surgery was completed and during my post op appointments I had many complaints about the condition of one of my breast. I felt like the Dr just brushed off my concerns. On one appointment I told him that I felt my implant had flipped while during one of my visits he pressed on them really hard to try to release a few of the internal sutures. He denied that the implant was flipped. After examining me my breast Dr sent me for CT. The ct determined that the implant was intact but didn’t determine the placement. I could literally see that the back of the implant was now in the front. The Dr continued to deny this. I then went to a second surgeon and he ended up having to remove the implants and replace with slightly larger ones to try to fix the damage that the previous implant had done by flipping. That surgeon confirmed what I already knew that the implant had intact been flipped. I was so disappointed with the treatment that this Dr. gave me but I didn’t even believe it would help to let him know that what I said was confirmed in a surgery to repair his messy work. I also remember asking for pain medication due to the condition of my breast being to painful “just in case” I needed it and he treated me like I was drug seeking yet I have zero history and don’t even like taking any type of meds as it is. If this review helps even one person to avoid anything like I went through with this sub par surgeon I will be grateful. I will never forget the words Dr. D said to me at my consultation for implant surgery, 22 yrs ago, which was, "Do you want men to look at you and appreciate your body or do you want to be viewed as an object?" It was at that very moment I knew I had met the best plastic surgeon in Orange County. Fast fwd, post surgery and 22 years later, I still have the same implants and I can honestly say, I am just as pleased today as I was 22 years ago. Dr. D you truly are one of a kind, your skillset and talent is nothing short of the best of the best and when and if that day comes for my implants to be redone, there will be no questions as to who I will be calling.

I went to Dr. Daneshmand for a breast augmentation and tummy tuck and I am thrilled with the results. My stomach was never as flat as it is now even before pregnancy! Dr. Daneshmand answered all of my questions before the surgery and was attentive during post op appointments advising me on the recovery process. I have and would recommend Dr. Daneshmand to anyone who wants/needs a cosmetic procedure to feel confident again!

Dr. D went over and above to get my skin cancer removed. Took care of my surgery on a holiday and did a beautiful job with a clean scar.

Reliable Reconstruction I was referred to Dr. Hootan Daneshmand by another surgeon stating his expertise " willing and does great work" I had a complex case not understood by some of the surgeons I had seen. Dr. Daneshmand examined me locating the intricate complex mess of my prior hernia surgery. He was knowledgeable of the surpise it might bring when going into this surgery. He offered his informative diagnosis and understood the importance urgency need to make me me again eliminating the mess another surgeon did to me. My abdominalplasty was a beautiful success. I'm NO LONGER lopsided bumpy in pain. I'm appreciative of the comforting help a good surgeon like Dr. Daneshmand gives in his practice. The staff "Parva" is on top of the worries and needs which made every taskful part of this process easy. A big thank you!

I went to Hootan to have a mole removed. The first visit was not great. No bedside manner. I scheduled the appointment and arrived to go into a very unclean surgery room. No assistant putting down clean paper on the seat. No assistance at all! Full trash cans with the lids open. Nothing looked like it was ever cleaned that day. Hootan came in no gloves, no mask, didn’t wash his hands and jabbed me with numbing meds and left a very large bubble on my arm ( too much in a hurry) when he came back, same drill, No gloves, No mask, didn’t wash his hands. I asked him if he was going to wash his hands and he said something about being too busy. I asked him if he was worried about cutting into the vein that was close to the area (which was why my primary Dr sent me there in the first place). He said “you have plenty of veins! After all that I walked out!!

I’m in disbelief. I want my time and money back. I see no difference at all. Except I hurt. I can’t believe it!!

The office was friendly and organized. Dr. D was thorough, explained what to expect as the end result so I would not be disappointed. I felt like I mattered.

Dr. Daneshmand is an incredible surgeon and injector. Recently went there for Botox and filler. I’m very picky and particular and I can honestly say I will never go to anyone else. See you in a few months Dr D. Thank you to the entire staff for your awesome service :)

Dr. Daneshman is so smart and knows his business plus more medical issues! I went to him regarding a rod that’s pushing out of my back. It was sucking the doctor was not sure of, so he referred me to another doctor. I like that very much. Dr Daneshmand has an awesome bedside manner. He took the time to explain the procedure and post op care. I felt very comfortable having him do my procedure. He has frequent post op visits and always takes his time with you. The office is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

SCAM ARTIRST!!! I went there for a consulatation one time and got charged a month later from insurance saying he did my surgery,when he never did... Absolute disgrace!

Had Skin cancer removed, it was deep it required surgery. I had 9 stiches under my right eye. One week after the stiches were removed there's barely any scarring. As a man it made no difference to me about having a scare. People who saw me with stiches can't believe what it looks after only 5 days after the stiches were removed. Ten years ago Dr. D did my breast lift/augmentation and tummy tuck. T this day, I am thrilled with the results. I have received nothing but complements and immediately asked "Who did it?'. He did a spectacular job. A friend of mine liked it so much that she went to Dr. D and had the same procedures done that I had. He has a great bedside manner, and sense of humor. I went to Dr. Daneshmand for breast reconstruction after my mastectomy for breast cancer. He is such an amazing doctor and human being, I was extremely happy with my care and surgery. And the staff is amazing as well, they always remember me by name and make me feel special. And no long wait times!!

Dr. Daneshmand performed breast augmentation and I absolutely love my results. I had minimal pain, scarring is great and my breast’s are fuller but still have a natural look. He has wonderful bed side manner and is a very warm and welcoming doctor. I highly recommend him and will continue going to him for years to come!

I was referred to Dr D by my PCP and I couldn't be happier! I was very nervous about my surgery and Dr D put me at ease with his excellent "bed side manner.". The staff in his office is very welcoming, knowledgeable and greets each patient by name. And the most important part; I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery. I had a second mastectomy with reconstruction and Dr. Daeshmand was wonderful. Was even better than my first surgery with a different doctor. No problems at all...just quick healing.

I had breast augmentation in May with Dr. Daneshmand and it was the best thing I have ever done. I've never had surgery so I was scared but he and his staff put me at ease. Recovery was so fast for me, after just 3 days I was back to myself. His staff was great and always called me to see how I was doing. I am looking to schedule my second procedure next year with him. Next time it will be my tummy tuck!! Thank you Dr. Daneshmand for everything.

I was very nervous about my surgery. Dr. D. put me at ease, patiently answering my endless questions prior to the big day. My surgery went really well - truly life changing results. Follow-up visits have been regular and reassuring that I am healing well. I highly recommend Dr. Daneshmand!

I went in to see Dr. Daneshmand after wating 2 months for an appt. This was to be a consultaion for gynocemastia. I had previously had a mamogram done and it was confirmed by the radiologist as well as the other present doctors that I indeed had a pronounced case. Now not only did Dr. Daneshmand tell me that I do not have any gynocomastia at all, but he refused to even look at the mamogram report. I told him that it was untrue, and that multiple drs have diagnosed gynocomastia, and he walked out

He is a butcher....he ruined my body. He is especially poor with lipo. Hire him at your own risk.

I had implant replacement surgery as my longtime silicone implants had ruptured, caused leakage and hardened scar tissue, and disfigurement had occurred. Dr. Daneshmand did a great job, performed extensive tissue cleanup within, which appears to be healing fine. The only thing now that all the surgery swelling has gone down is, I wish I had chosen a bigger size! Otherwise they look great! Great job with follow-up visits and friendly staff too. The result of my tummy tuck procedure that was done by Dr. Hootan Daneshmand is extremely unsatisfactory. He had deformed me and he is not even willing to correct his mistakes unless I pay him again! His suppressive comments and put downs shows his lack of sensitivity and unprofessional-ism. He is so arrogant that he thinks he is a god given gift to the society and would not accept any other professionals' inputs or to accept his own short cuts in which resulted in a terrible surgery outcome! He blames it on everyone else but himself! There are LOTS of major mistakes that can be easily detected over my clothing! I can’t wear bathing suits or tight clothing anymore! I've been told that I look like a pregnant man now! I am so deformed that I even feel embarrassed to undress in front of my husband! My belly button not only way off center but it looks like a backslash with so many wrinkles! Whenever I brought up the subject of the deformity, he responds with anger,” Remember how you looked like before?…Terrible! And do you want me to show you your old pictures?!!! You should be happy now!” He is a greedy and UNTALENTED person who is so selfish that he doesn't even care who he is hurting. Do not trust his words, since he'll change it after you pay! Very friendly and professional doctor. The staff is excellent and always get my questions answered and no one every leaves you on hold.

My experience over the past 15 months has been all good. Dr. & staff are always friendly & helpful. Never a wait! Dr. is great. I so appreciate his skills & his communication. I am thankful that my surgeon selected him for me.
