I have been a patient of Dr. Brooks for a year now. I am extremely cautious when picking any medical provider whether it is a PCP, Derm or Dentist. After weeks of searching for a dentist that I felt that would have my best interests at heart I came across Dr. Brooks. The reviews were amazing across all sites so I booked a cleaning to try them out. The reviews were not lieing, if anything they were not praising this practice enough. From the moment I walked in to the second I walked out they were the extremely professional and friendly. Since then I have been there numerous times for fillings as well a root canal. When I scheduled the root canal I was extremely nervous because all of my friends told me that they were in pain after they had theirs. I can tell you I was not in any pain at all!! A little sore but that was it. The reason I waited so long to write a review was because I wanted to give a the most honest and true review as possible. I have seen both Dr. Howard as well as Dr. Stephanie. They truly care about your results and comfort. The bedside manner makes you feel so at ease that the time just flies by when you are in the chair. Reception gives you detailed information about billing when you need it and will walk you through the dental plan which as we all know can be confusing at times. I always have questions and they never have been frustrated with me as I know sometimes I can ask a lot of them. I have since moved away but still make the drive to visit the practice for my appointments. They have a lifetime patient now and I refuse to see anyone else. It's indeed a pleasure to write a review about this amazing practice. Personally I've experienced everything from cleanings to implants and been more than pleased. If you're looking for a dental practice please consider Brooks Dental in Winthrop, you will not be disappointed.
