Dr. Howard J Lee

Dr. Lee took quite a bit of time to answer questions and explain options thoroughly. Very positive experience.

Dr Lee is excellent. I highly recommend Dr Lee and this practice. He explained everything very thoroughly. He is kind and listened to my concerns. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and polite. I definitely made the right choice going with Dr Lee.

Been going to Dr Lee for a few years and he’s been great. I googled him to get the address to refer him to a friend and saw the negative reviews. Completely the opposite of my experience.

Worst practice ever! They took a month to contact me after my initial visit then when I call them I had to leave 3 messages before someone called me back. They never answer the phone. After taking home a machine on Friday they told me to bring it back Tuesday before noon.. I did it then they called me an hour later to tell me it didn’t take my information and I’d have to do it again and it was gonna cost me yet another copay. What a disappointment. "Dr." Howard Lee is at times simply obnoxious and thinks he knows it all and does not give patients the opportunity to share what they are going through. He needs to go back to school and learn how to treat patients with respect. Apparently he missed those classes. I am not even sure he attended med school??? Everything is his way or the highway. He ordered a sleep test then after taking it he informed me that it didn't work. He wanted me to retake the test. I declined. I was waiting on his diagnosis to rule out lung issues so my Cardiologist could proceed with a possible Pacemaker for my heart. Dr. Lee has drug out the tests and today when I showed up for my follow up appt. I discovered (too late) that he had given my appt. to someone else. I will be glad to dump Dr. Lee at this point. Howard Lee is a wonderful doctor, very professional and thorough.

Run as fast as you can. Met him once, never again. If you want a mature, collaborative relationship with your doctor, this is not your guy. Howard Lee is abrupt, rude, arrogant and a bully. And, apparently, this is no secret. Everyone I encountered that knew him agreed and had horror stories about him.

I saw Dr. Lee for the first time in December, 2020. I've met allot of unpleasant doctors, but Dr. Lee takes the cake. This man is condescending and arrogant. If you're looking for a collaborative relationship with your physician, this is not your guy. He is 'King of the Universe'. He gave me curt, one word answers. At one point he raised his voice at me, hoping to shut me up. Steer clear of this bully. There are plenty of decent respiratory doctors, Dr. Lee is not one of them.

Had a very bad experience with Dr Lee. Does not listen to the patient and does not have patience to answer any questions. I feel he is in the wrong field for his medical practice. Not recommended

Well lets see what can I say about Dr Lee. He has the bedside manner of a doorknob. He ask a question and before you can say half a sentance he is interrupting you with more nonsense. Dr. Lee is responsive to my questions and concerns, allowing ample time to address them. I feel that he is genuinely interested in my condition and finding a resolution for it.

Dr. Lee is very easy to speak with. He listens to your concerns and acts on them, including explaining, in layman' terms , whatever it is that you need to know. A warm,friendly, efficient physician.

Dr. Howard Lee is a compassionate, brilliant, intuitive physician who practices what he teaches. One needs to have faith in their doctor when faced with health challenges and the unknown. Dr. Lee offers a calm, sure and knowing prescription for living. He is so deserving of the deepest respect and gratitude.

Very through, educated and direct. Answers all questions!

He is condescending doctor, I went to see him due to my troubles getting to sleep and I was diagnosed with a form of insomnia. I had asked after he gave numerous useless suggestions for the possibility of a different medication other than what I've already tried. He had the audacity to say "30 mg of ambien would put me to sleep but I would piss the bed and sleep walk". That is one of the worst bed side manners I've seen, horrible doctor dont ever see him.

My wife went to see Dr Lee concerning a breathing test, CT scan found a spot on her lung and something in the back of her head. Dr Lee said that she should go see a nuro DR as she might have a stroke, was false. Then told her there was an 80/20 chance that the spot on her lung was nothing, glad we went to Penn. Turns out the spot on her lung was very serious. After surgery the surgeon told her to get a CT scan in 6 months. Dr. Lee decided she should wait a year. Would never let her see him.

The doctor tends to give you a sermon on how to change your lifestyle to fit his lifestyle. And, it seems to vary on each annual visit. Some of his suggestions are extreme or just not the way you live your life. He seems to get upset if you don't agree.

I was having difficulty breathing & my family doctor referred me to Dr. Lee. He had a friendly demeanor & took the time to discuss what was going on with me. When the breathing tests came back ok, Dr. Lee suggested I might be experiencing vocal chord dysfunction. I was referred to an ENT at Temple.

After 15 years of having bronchitis twice a year, a spot on my lungs was diagnose as "insignificant, an accumulation of mucus," then I started spitting blood, but never a diagnosis. All this, at NYU Hospital in NYC, New York's best!!! I then saw Dr. Lee. I walked into his office, he immediately tested me for Mycobacterium--an indolent TB. The tests were positive, he prescribed the appropriate medicines, and cured me! A doctor up on the literature of his specialty, and a lovely man!!

He does not have a caring approach. I get the impression all he wants is to keep people returning to keep him in business. I will be looking elsewhere

I have been seeing Dr Lee for 16 years he's an excellent dr. In fact I'm going to see him next week and I live in florida and the doctors down here are all quacks. So for me to spend the airfare to see him four times a year says it all.

I had the pleasure of a office visit with Dr.Dershaw sp? for testing.Nicest Dr.He listens and he explains everything.And,he takes his time.He just kicks back and has a conversation with you. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Lee,while assisting one of his patients.Again,outstanding!! He cares about people,his patient.When he gives you medical advise....you follow it.If you dont he will discuss it with you.In this field,you have to listen to Dr.Lee and Dershaw. Outstanding!!!!! First appointment was great. Second appointment, I discovered that if you agree with him he's very pleasant ... if you don't, he's down right nasty. Obviously, I will not be returning to him.

Wasn't interested in anything I wanted to say..A bit arrogant and quick to get me out. He did fill out a RX for me, which is why I made an appointment to see him. My first visit with him was wonderful. Every visit afterwards became a worse experience.

Not a fan, went for a insurance check from work. Don't feel as though he cared about my condition but was really about doing what the employers insurance company wanted him to. Was even told by some staff members they are happier when he is in vacation.
