Dr. Howard Alan Levin

I have to give him a star just to be able to write a review. Do not attempt to see him. He is a liar and all what he care is money and put you in a miserable situation. He works as a good layer independent medical examiner for work compensation companies. He gets payed for the fake rapports he wright. After a right shoulder surgery he examined my left shoulder. Examined siting on his chair at his desk 6 feet away from me. I insisted about my right shoulder but with no succes.

This phony is not an actual doctor. He is a bully with a doctor's license who works for geico to bully an harass plaintiffs suing geico which our case the defended slammed her car into our car at full speed and hit us again as she was trying to escape and she had admitted it and they accepted 100% liability but this bully from the start, began to repeatedly accuse me of injuring my ownself saying everything before he examined me , was extremely rude and tried to get me nervous by rushing me to do the movements he wants me to do. My lawyer sent someone with me to witness and take notes and she will write her report on his unprofessional behavior harassment and accusations . As soon as tomorrow I'm contacting the office of quality and patient safety as well as filling a complaint with the he department of health and I already have a professional witness and report to be sent to them. Do not recommend! This "Doctor"is pathetic! He is Rude,nasty,a narcissistic idiot that is bored with his life. He should not be practicing medicine. From the moment you walk in his nasty he doesn't greet you or say"Hi I am Dr Levin I will be examining"nothing.He is more worried about you not putting things on his desk" It's His desk"! His very rough during examination,non compassionate,he lied on my entire medical report. He only took 5 minutes to examine me and wrote an entire 6 page paper lies

He is a very nasty and unprofessional person I would not even recommend him to treat a dog far less a human being.
