We saw Dr Hobbs nearly 16 years ago and our newborn was very sick. He had pneumonia at 4 1/2 months old and was in the hospital. He was breathing about 200 breaths per minute and his oxygen was 77%. She came in the hospital to check on him and told us not to let the doctors touch him, to just leave him alone. The second she walked out, one of the hospital docs intubated our son and saved his life. Dr Hobbs then came in and yelled at us telling us because we allowed them to put him on a ventilator he would Have lung damage for the rest of his life. But had he not been put on a vent, he would have gone into cardiac arrest.
