Hugh Bases

Both of my daughters saw Dr. Bases for most of their lives. We have found him to be caring and thoughtful. He made a huge difference in my children's lives.

My daughter has seen doctor since she was 4, now she is 9. He does not make an attempt to establish a relationship with either the child or parent. He’s more worried about cashing as many patient’s insurance hence he overbooks. In my last meeting with him, he wants a revisit in 3 months but receptionist has next appointment in 7 months. As we inched to the 7 month it had to be rescheduled 3 times and finally saw doctor after 2 years! Poor medical attention.

He spent maybe 15 minutes with my daughter and had her fill out a questionnaire. He was not helpful at all.

Not satisfied with the diagnosis. The doctor hardly spent 5 mins with our child. All the decisions were made based on the parents feedback alone. He wasn't a good listener and focused only on the negative inputs ignoring all the positive things we were talking about our child.

Great place, great people .very calming caring staff. Dr bases is great doctor .I'm with him for 2 years. His only thing is he did not have so much time but he answer all my questions and listen .I always wake out feeling hopeful.
