Reviews for Hungchih Lee
Do not recommend they don’t follow simple instructions. I went in for back pain from a car accident and they think acupuncture is an appointment treatment (is not) and when I explicitly told them that the bill should be sent to the lawyers handling the case, they waited until the case was completely over and then sent the bill to me, and have been harassing me for the past 3 years. HE IS 'A "GREAT~[DOCTOR].......
I have been seeing Dr Lee for 10 years and I am beyond impressed with his ability to help even the toughest cases get control of their pain and improve their quality of life. Dr Lee is conservative with medication treatment, offers in office acupuncture and epidurals, and most importantly, will get you back to living life. Dr Lee is amazing at acupuncture for those looking into acupuncture and epidurals. I would highly recommend him. I am very grateful to be back as a regular patient with Dr Lee at the Pain Center. I have gone to 4 different pain clinics, it was because I changed insurance plans that I even left his clinic. In my opinion both he and his staff (especially Amy) are the best and most caring of anywhere that I have been. So much so that I changed back my insurance to just plain Medicare so that I could go back to them. The other places treated me poorly and only seemed to care about getting money, especially Cincinnati Comprehensive Pain Center in Fairfield. Best pain Dr I've ever met. Not a pill pusher. If your looking for narcotics hes not the one. Great w accupucter and other procedures.
I've been going to Dr Lee for at least 10-11 years. Since starting there we have moved and I am now bout a 40-50 min drive to their office – I pass by 4 other pain doctors to go to him and to me, he is WELL worth the drive. Plus … I would really miss them if I switched drs! I really would!!! Like somebody else said if you're looking for a pill pusher this isn't your guy. Unfortunately, because of this opiate crisis, he has even weaned me off the pain meds I was on for 13-15 years ☹ And boy – I can feel the difference. But I understand this man put 8-10 years of his life into his studies to be a doctor. He doesn’t want to throw all that down the drain. I could rant about the opiate crisis effects on true chronic pain patients for hours – but I’m here to praise Dr Lee & staff … which I could also do for hours. Someone said something about them not returning calls. Well, yes, that can be frustrating but their phone rings constantly when I am there. And I am not kidding nor exaggerating. Literally – there is not 5 minutes of time when the phone doesn’t ring. Its almost back to back. I understand they can’t return every call coming in. The nurses and Dr Lee do NOT stop for a second. They could NOT move faster or do more. Poor Doc – he walks as quickly as he can! I’ve watched the nurses (Amy & Brittney) do 2 and 3 things at the same time! And NOT miss a beat! LOL – they are so darn cute. They are ALL so funny, sweet, and understanding … when you are in pain and its on your face, or in your walk - you can see they truly care because of their facial expressions. I don’t think you can fake that. Even Dr Lee is like that. Someone also said the wait can be long – and yes, this is true. But let me say this…I just dropped a primary care doctor because he made me feel like I was on a timer with him. It was BAD….but if your appointment was at 2:15 bet your butt that you were with him at 2:16…but you can also bet you were out of his office within 11 point 4 mins ☹ It taught me waiting isn’t a bad thing. I wish Dr Lee and his staff could be my doctor for everythinggggg … I also wish the CDC or FDA or whatever set of government initials that started this opiate crisis would let drs make the decision on who is abusing meds and who isn’t! The photos are my back xrays. I have broken harrington rods in my back. Nerves & scar tissue have grown around them. To remove them I would run a huge chance of being paralyzed because its so touchy with the nerves & scar tissue. Only 1 of the 4 surgeons I saw even considered doing surgery. The others basically said I could be worse and I was told several years ago by 2 of the drs to just stay on the fentanyl patch if it was helping at all and 1 even said I was fortunate to be walking at all :( Sorry for the long ramble. But thanks for listening if you made it to this point ;) God bless… I've been going to Dr Lee for at least 10-11 years. Great doctor care about you and not the money,
This guy knows his stuff and knows what he's doing. He is alert, engaged, concerned, and has a fantastic 'bedside manner'. The wait time is sometimes long, but Dr. Lee is very thorough, so it's worth it. He takes exactly the time that every patient needs.
Dont ever go there dr jeckal and mr hide They are very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. RUN Don't look back
I been going to doctor lee for over 7 years, if it was not finding him I would not know what I would had done, I seen 4 pain doctor's before him and all they do is treat you like it's a fast food drive inn, but this doctor here takes his time to get to know you and don't rush you like a lot of them I been to he don't just take his pad out to write you out something he wants to make sure he knows if its going to help you he's been a gods gift of doctors to me he knowns his stuff.
