Ian Frazier Lytle

I had an earlobe repair surgery in November from a snagged earring that expanded my ear piercing. I was told that after some weeks, my earlobe would look more or less like my unaffected ear, but unfortunately, it sags visibly lower than my other ear and it has been about four months. I am so bummed.

Unable to reach anyone in their office after calling time and time again!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Lytle. I have just undergone my second procedure with him and the results are beautiful as expected. He’s truly genuine, caring and comforting also which is important to anyone about to undergo surgery.

I chose Dr Lytle because I had worked with him in the Operating room and saw his work first hand. He is very calm and thorough. He is never rushed and does amazing work. Very realistic and he explains every process. He stays calm during his procedures and always does what’s best for the patient. He is always prepared. His office is very professional, very nice and it was easy to schedule appointments. Even after surgery, he is accessible 24/7 by phone. I called once to ask a question, he called me and so did one of his staff members. If you have been searching for the right plastic surgeon, Dr Lytle is it. You won’t be disappointed.

Would Not recommend!!! I got lipo and mini tummy tuck from Dr. Lytle in September. I was told my mini tummy tuck scar would be slightly bigger than my C-section scar only to end up with a hip to hip scar. His lipo job left me with a huge indentation in my stomach two inches tall by four inches wide. I waited patiently for my 6 week checkup to discuss with the doctor only for it to be cancelled and I’m told that I can’t be seen for another two months. I called the office and begged to see or talk with the dr even if it’s virtual and was told no. I begged for them to at least please show the dr my pics. I’m told to come in after pretty much begging and I thought I was coming in to see the dr but it was his receptionist and she said it’s normal and would go away. I’ve gotten two other opinions from other plastic surgeons and both say it’s botched plastic surgery and I will need to pay thousands to have surgery again to repair his work. Rude staff and can't count money

I wish I could give a review about actually seeing the doctor. I have filled out an online form twice asking for a consultation. Only crickets on this end.

He's done amazing work on myself and other members of my family!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!! My lips look amazing and he fixed my "marionette lines"/frown. I feel 100%better about this aging process we are forced to live thru! ????????

Dr Lytle and his staff were amazing, the results from my gynecomastia surgery were over the top better than I expected. Life changing decision and I will be forever grateful to the doctor.

Dr. Lytle & all the wonderful women that work in the office are very nice and patient people. A few of my family members and myself have had work done by Dr. Lytle with all amazing outcomes. This is the only place to go. The staff & Dr. never to rush you out the door. If you have 20 questions, then they will answer all of them. They really are great people. My experience with Dr. Lytle and his staff (nurse Cindy, Denna, and Kim) was AMAZING!! From the moment I walked into Dr. Lytle's office, Denna greeted me with such warmth it literally made me feel as if it was not my first visit (but it was). Nurse Cindy (OMG) is such a sweet lady. Words cannot describe her personality. She was extremely informative and helpful during each office visit. My first visit I instantly wanted to become her friend. That is how down to earth and kindhearted she is. Kim, who explains the insurance process, was very thorough and very helpful. These three women are just awesome and I can't thank them enough for making my visits a wonderful experience. Dr. Lytle, who is a plastic surgeon, is a GENIUS and has changed my LIFE. Because of Dr. Lytle, my life has started over for the better. I came out of the operating room feeling like a totally new person. Prior to my surgery, Dr. Lytle went over everything and made sure I understood the whole process. He educated me and he told me what I should expect, etc. Just an amazing Doctor! Dr. Lytle, is an outstanding surgeon. He performed abdominoplasty/liposuction and blepharoplasty for me. Prior to my surgery he explained everything that would be taking place during and after surgery; he could not have made me feel more comfortable with the procedures that were going to be performed. I am 5 months post-op and have not felt this good about my appearance in a long time. I can not thank him enough for giving me my self esteem and self confidence back. This doctor and they lady’s that work with him are the best. They call and check up on you make sure you are good on any medication and to see if you need a refill. I recently had a procedure done with Dr Lytle on both of my legs. I could not be more happy or pleased with not only the results but the time and effort both the doctor and his staff took to ensure my complete happiness and comfort. They make themselves available 24 hours a day for any concerns or questions that might come up, Dr Lytle schedules many follow up appointments to ensure all the patient concerns are addressed and answered. I never felt rushed or pressured. I never felt like it was about the money i truly only felt as if they were just trying to meet or exceed all my expectations. I would recommend this office and would only use this office for any plastic surgery needs going forward

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Lytle and his staff! I recently had my first Botox appointment with Dr. Lytle and was feeling a little nervous! Not alone is he a nice looking man but he is very kind to his patients. He is very clear and concise and seems genuinely caring for his clients.

A very nice doctor but the appointment was interrupted by people coming in a few times and made me feel like they didn't have time for my appointment. I was nervous to start because it stressful anyways and it didn't help me feel any better.

Had lipo here and didn’t see any results even after the swelling healed. It’s a year later and my abdomen still looks the same as it did before surgery. I urge you find another surgeon because surgery is not cheap. On another note, the staff was extremely friendly as well as Dr. Lytle, but unfortunately friendly doesn’t get results.

Highly skilled and compassionate surgeon. I had breast reconstruction and facial fat grafting. Both areas look wonderful. Dr. Lytle is professional, easy to talk to, he listens well, and he uses good judgment, add talented and what more could you want in a plastic surgeon? I love his support staff. They are nice, friendly and thoughtful every time I've been in.

After two painfully unsuccessful mastectomy reconstructions by other surgeons, I found Dr Lytle. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the office staff, to Dr. Lytle's experience and bedside manner, I could not ask for a more comfortable experience to a difficult situation.
