Typical keys fraud prescription selling money grab. I entered as a new patient, did a physical, ran a bunch of tests (that I never received results for). All I needed was a simple prescription (non-csa controlled, non-opiate). When I was traveling, I called to refill a few months later he said he can't refill unless I come back for an appointment. Terrible care not urgent care

New to the area, I searched Drs in my area through the BCBS website for my annual physical to renew maintenance meds. Dr Rae did not even take labs but did call a 3 mo Rx for my existing meds. Did not bill insurance as annual, so I had to pay $116. Called to ask to have Rx renewed after 3 mo, was told Dr would like to see me to follow up. I have been on these meds for 10 years and stated really no need for follow up, all is fine. The office reluctantly said Dr would renew. They did so for only two months. Called again and asked for refill. Was told Dr needed to see me. Again stated I did not need to see the Dr (especially for another bill). They said they would check and call back. I never received a callback, but pharmacy said my Rx was ready, so all was well, or so I though. They billed insurance $225! I NEVER even spoke to the Dr but they billed ins $225 to call in a refill. I called to complain, they said I was rude and should no longer be a patient. I agree wholeheartedly. Great staff & Doctor!

Best family doctor in the keys. Highly recommend. Dr. Rae is a one of a kind doctor. He is great at what he does and the best part is he is very blunt with his patients. He will tell it how it is. Most kindest most cleanest atmosphere and the office manager is excellent very caring and knowledgeable doctor, love Dr Rae and staff excellent definitely a 5 star

Doc is nice and quick. Had a little trouble with front desk girls but the doc made up for it.

I have been seeing Doctor Rae on and off for several years now for various issues including a knee injury that required glass removal and stitching, and I find him to be attentive and knowledgeable. The practice is run very efficiently, and the wait time is generally 20 minutes or less.

Good urgent care

Great Doctor and staff

Yes, "Urgent Care" and "Emergency Clinics" run on their own schedule in the Keys, meaning, they aren't open on weekends or after hours. The staff at this place is nice and the doctor is great.

Dr. Rae was very thorough about our health issues while we were vacationing in Key Largo. Looked beyond the issue which necessitated our walk-in visit. Staff was very helpful and our wait was short. The office was experiencing telephone problems which might explain some negative comments made by others.

Very rude!!! Couldn't even get them to accept payment over the phone. No suggestions and hung up.

Started to see Dr Rae a few months ago. He has been very caring and attentive to my needs. Every time I showed up it was a short wait with no appointment. Thanks Janice

thats odd these ppl have had such a bad experience , the nurses there are always as professional as it gets....Ive been goin there for many years (10 years or so ) and the only time ive heard ppl have a problem is when they want scheduled narcotics , when they clearly have a sign stating that they dont perscribe certain medicine......ive seen ppl come in without the proper information like ID or wanting to pay w/credit cards or out of town checks and so on and they have a sign on the door stating that they dont take that form of payment , so i dont get the shock .....Dr Rae's staff is a very nice and professional . There are ppl out there who said they need drugs aka basically tranquilizers , and he needs medical proof (xray / mri ) to write RX for those , and they get turned away bcuz they dont want to have to get proof of their problems , prob bcuz they dont have any issues , and just looking for drugs. Dr Rae is nothing but professional which i highly respect , his wife and staff are also very kind, and i think the bad reviews are from ppl who are there for the wrong reasons........So dont think bad from what you read on here ! if you need drugs that bad goto miami and find a pain clinic !!! If i could give 10 stars i would ! There was nobody available to help even if we wanted to pay 200! $ to be seen which had to be cash and they were incredably rude
