First visit after my defibrillator replacement. Had issues with defibulator directly after going home, but never discussed this appointment. Never discussed my new device or any readings n never did an ICD check. Do not know the device I have. Doctor never discussed anything, just the nurses talked to her. The next appointment was set for Jan 2022. I am 80 years old.

Dr. Smith very caring. I trust him . staff is awesome. It's all good !!

Great Doctor , Person, I have been trying to get my BP down for years by my second visit he had the control.. The staff was friendly. Professional....May God continue to bless Dr Smith his staff and their families... a good doctor is very hard to find in this day and age thank you Renee Johnson and Ralph Johnson
