Dr. Storch is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He takes his time answering all my questions and takes a genuine interest in my wellbeing.

Dr. Storch, the anesthesiologist and the ladies who get you set up for the colonoscopy procedure were all top notch and very comforting. They all work to ease your concerns and anxiety to make the experience as positive as possible. No discomfort when it was finished and as someone else here noted, I felt like I was waking from a nap instead of a procedure. I will be back as this is the care I want whenever it may be needed. Thank you Dr. Storch and all.

I have been seeing Dr.Storch for a number of years for routine GI following. He is super friendly and patient. Great at explaining and answering questions. I have recommended a number of friends to his practice.

I had a great experience at this office, the ladies from the desk were so nice a friend that went with me decided to get also his colonoscopy done. And our exam with Dr. Storch was way easier than what you would expect. Doing a colonoscopy is underrated! It’s life saving and can give you years of peace of mind. Just get it done! Dr Storch made my fourth colonoscopy the easiest to get through. He is friendly with a great bedside manner and eased my concerns about the colonoscopy explaining what to expect. The office was very good at answering questions I had before the colonoscopy and I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room before going for the colonoscopy. The procedure was easy and before I knew it I was in recovery room and was met with Dr Storch who reassured me that everything went well. I recommend Dr Storch without question!!

I’ve tried gastroenterologists all over Long Island and was told to go to Mount Sinai Special gastrointestinal center in Manhattan. My Crohnd disease was so bad I couldn’t go anywhere without worrying about having a bathroom emergency all day long. Nothing helped until my daughter told me her co-worker had a great gastroenterologist. I went to see Dr Storch . He sent me for a Humira test and discovered my body wasn’t getting enough. After a colonoscopy showed my colon was in bad shape he put me on Entyvio. A few months later the bleeding stopped and I was going to the bathroom only in the morning and I had my life back! My next colonoscopy showed my Colon was pink and healthy . I can’t thank Dr Storch enough. Anyone diagnosed with Crohns would be wise to make an appointment with Dr. Storch.

Fantastic experience, I went for an upper endoscopy today. Staff was excellent and professional. Calmed my nerves and where supportive the entire time. I had no pain throughout the entire procedure. I thank Dr stoch and his whole team. Great gastroenterology team. I would recommended him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Storch is an incredibly caring and compassionate doctor. His office staff was wonderful. Dr. Storch immediately set my mind at ease and clearly explained everything that I needed to know. I highly recommend him.

I’ve had this procedure done a few times with other MDs and Dr. Storch and staff are fantastic. I highly recommend their services. Also, I don’t particularly like going under anesthesia but Dr. Roy was the best I’ve had because it was like a gentle sleep or short nap. I was not groggy upon awakening. There’s no words to express how Dr.Storch cares about his patients. I’m a 2 times leukemia survivor. He literally fought for my care in the hospital to obtain the approval for a test needed to be done; which saved my life later on. Thank you so much to the staff as well. They’re amazing.

Dr. Storch was comfortable to speak with, was understanding and worked with me granting me my wishes as best that he could. There was no, I am the doctor and I know best. The anesthesiologist was also top notch and understanding. I will absolutely go back to him.

Dr. Storch was very quick and quite dismissive. I went to him upon recommendation after receiving some results. Prior to meeting with him, I filled out paperwork about prior diagnoses, which he reviewed upon meeting me. In the process of meeting with me, he did not listen to my symptoms and bluntly said, “You do not have what is recorded on your exam.” While many would be happy to receive that news, his potential diagnoses focused around my past medical diagnoses and not what I was currently feeling. Everything, according to him was simply stress induced, which is nothing I spoke about during my discussions with him. Dr Storch and all the staff are fantastic. Both my husband and I have been there and felt so comfortable with Dr Storch. Extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner. High recommend this practice.

I don’t do reviews a lot but this doctor and his team deserve one. Dr Storch is professional, caring and confident. I was admitted to the emergency room 8 years ago and diagnosed with Colitis. Dr. Storch came to see me every morning in the hospital before he started his office day . He was kind, compassionate, and truly has the best bed side manner. Besides being an incredible doctor, he's hilarious with his side stories that it makes you forget about the discomfort you are feeling. He continues to be my doctor and has kept me in remission ever since.

I know Dr.Storch about 15 years beside being a great Doctor he is a wonderful person care about his patients He help my husband when he needed liver transplant i never forget his help because of him my husband enjoy his children and grandkids 9 more years wonderful doctor

From reception to Dr. Storch himself, the office made the experience of a colonoscopy an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

One gastro would not do my colonoscopy because of a chronic heart condition. I was referred to Dr. Storch by my cardiologist. He was confident and supportive throughout. Dr. Storch the most caring, courteous, great beside manner, explains everything thoroughly, who was determined to find out what was wrong with me, he would take time to listen to me and to prescribe the right treatment plan for me. I recommend him highly. His office staff are courteous and kind.

Dr Storch is brilliant. He is professional and thorough. He mde.me feel comfortable and will ask many questions making the correct diagnosis/treatment in just one visit. I also love his staff. They are friendly and caring. Dr Storch has the best bedside manners you can ever hope for.

I was diagnosed with diverticulitis in February 2019. Dr.Storch came each day I was in the hospital to check on me and was very thorough with my treatment.

Great Doctor nice sense of humor

A great doctor and a great person. I can't say enough good things about him, and how diligent he is.

Dr. Storch has been working with my father from colonoscopy to the diagnosis of Colon Cancer. We could not have asked for a better and more thorough doctor. I would highly recommend him!

He’s good for an office visit but do not attempt a phone follow-up when there might be a problem. His staff can contact you the patient to state, “the doctor wants you to take further testing” but after taking the additional testing, Ian Storch is too busy to speak with you if the additional testing is negative. Apparently he feels there’s no need to explain to you the patient as to why additional testing was requested.

Dr. Storch has been tending to my father and i would highly recommend him. His bedside manner and this honest communication with both my father and the rest of the family is amazing. I wish there were more doctors like him around.

Ian took care of my dad, and literally could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Proactive, conveys complex situations in easy to understand terms, and just great to work with. Made a very difficult medical situation so much better thanks to Dr. Storch

Dr. Storch is a wonderful Doctor. I met him at North Shore Manhassett after being hospitalized with a very severe case of ulcerative colitis. While admitted, I was under the care of Dr. Storch. I can honestly say that this doctor saved my life. He figured out the right medications needed to put my disease in remission. I continue to see him on a yearly basis. Because of him, I have been in remission for 7 years and even had two perfectly healthy, beautiful babies.

Dr. Storch is a true gentleman. Delightful staff. His bedside manner is what every doctor should have. I highly recommend Dr. Storch! I live in Brooklyn and traveling out to see him (although not really far) is worth it.

I used to always feel tired, so my primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Storch. After initial consultation, Dr. Storch recommended a colonoscopy. When I woke up from the exam, I was told I had cancer! I felt numb because I was literally in complete shock. Dr. Storch was so compassionate and professional. He immediately arranged for me to see a surgeon at the hospital for additional testing. He also kept in constant contact with the surgeon, before and after the surgery, to check up on my condition. While I was hospitalized, Dr. Storch came to visit me everyday to provide encouraging words. He was such a source of strength during the most difficult part of my life. My husband had his colonoscopy this morning. It was a most positive experience. From Sarah who greeted us and prepped him and kept track of his vitals to the anesthesiologist and of course Dr.. Storch himself we left with a feeling that Dr.Storch and his staff had his utmost welfare in mind. We would definitely reccomend this office needing any gastroenterology treatment. Jean Abrahamson

Dr. Storch is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and intelligent. He treats his patients as if they are family. You cannot go wrong with him. He communicates with respect and in a timely manner. He is simply the best.
