This doctor is big EGO- own room bigger than waiting area, equipment old and nobody wants to improve it. As specialist he doesn't help me anything except pills, just promise to make a surgery but never did. I leave his office very disappointed and give 1 star because considerably he is not good person.

My father went in and I was stuck waiting for them to finish with him for HOURS. Well, turns out that they don’t take patients in order. No consideration for the patient’s time whatsoever. We spent a little more than 3 hours— almost 4 hours—total at this place. It’s a 1 doctor practice, which is absurd compared to the amount of people waiting to be seen. Asked front desk how long my father would be waiting to be seen, they said around 25-30 minutes. Ended up waiting around 1.5 hours just to be seen. Can not recommend!! This office confirmed an appointment with me a week ago (they had my insurance information from a previous visit). I went there today and paid my copay after their request. I then waited 1.5 hrs to see the doctor and was told in a roundabout way after seeing him that they don’t accept my insurance. I’m very disappointed in this office’s lack of professionalism and respect of their patient’s time. In addition the doctor didn’t even have the decency to tell me that my insurance wasn’t accepted while we were in the examination room together. Dr. Sergeyev is very attentive and very thorough. He spends a long time explaining everything to me and answering all the questions I have. I saw him in the office a few times. He was also able to see me in emergency room at Maimonides Hospital when I was there with renal stones colic. He took great care of me and ordered all the necessary tests, and followed up with results. He made me feel comfortable and that I was the primary focus every time he saw me. I have the utmost faith in DR Sergeyev. I live in Staten Island and I couldn’t get an appointment there so I had to travel to Brooklyn to see him. I am so glad I selected him because he is patient, considerate and very thorough. Yes his office can be very busy and wait times long but that’s because he works very closely with all patients. I highly recommend this kind doctor.

Dont Bother! This Dr. as well as the Receptionist is so rude. They have no time to explain anything. Put me on hold for over 5min and then came back with the same rude response. They actually got insulted when I asked a question, in which they replied that there is no solution.

The worst doctor experience ever! That waiting room is super tiny and was crammed with people. It seemed like there was some heater smelter in the order that patients were seen. Some went in earlier than the ones who got to the office before them while those complained about it. After 1.5 wait I was finally called in only to find out by doctor Sergeev that he doesn’t take my insurance even though he is in the network for it and I was referred to him by my PCP. Very good doctor, very detailed, and treats people with outmost respect. Patient before everything. He stayed 90 minutes late to examine my dad to pin point issue and then resolved it.

Dr. Sergeyev was very professional, with excellent bedside manners. Office staff was very courteous except for one girl in glasses. The Medical Assistant, manager and asian guy were very professional, welcoming and helpful but this other front desk blonde Russian girl was very rude not only to us but to another elderly man as well. She was poisoning the entire environment of the office and was very rude to most of the patients.Dr. Sergeyev has excellent medical knowledge and answers all your Q's
