Never picks up the phone! Update: January 3rd still no one answers and same message is running that the office is closed. Can't leave a message.

Dr. Pat is amazing! She has been a God send with all my health concerns and conditions. Listens to me and trusts and accepts what I know and say about my body. My first appointment was a phone appointment and lasted.... 45- an hour. Going over all my diagnosis and their treatment plans. She said something that I need to remind myself when my body isnt accepting treatment as I would like. She said, "This isnt a sprint, its a marathon." She goes above and beyond for her patients. She has even given me her pritvate call number for emergencies and pressing matters. Her NP, Debra, is just as amazing and caring. I saw her for a follow up after an urgent care appointment I had. She was swift and proficient. She called me over the weekend from her private number to check on how I was feeling and how the meds were working. She told me to keep her number and call her anytime I needed to. Jill is an amazing addition to this duo! She goes above and beyond as well! Spending loads of time with me trying to assist me in finding a new GP that I like better than the one I had. Thats not her job but yet she cares and genuinely wants to help! She has been a trendious help with getting things done within this office!!! She too has given me her private number to deal with my concerns anytime they arise! I've also had the pleasure of seeing their nurse dietician. Im sorry to say I dont recall her name. She was also helpful as well. If the whole office staff was as great as these wonderful women, then I would think I had died and gone to heaven. Unfortunately, it is far from the case. The rest of the office staff seems to be.... lacking. Weather it be from lack of care for their patients or lack of adequate staffing, communication, promptness and thoroughness is often times completely missing. As I read from a previous review, I believe my concerns are due to a influx of new patients with Covid. Overall the level of CARE is above par at this office and I plan to stay as long as the care stays the same. It should also be noted that the office staff/communication issues are being addressed from what ive been told and seeing their ATTEMPTS. Dr. Pat is amazing! Dr pat is one of the best but the staff are terrible and not responsible !! after 2 months of my visit they have not sent the request to my insurance to get the referral !!

Shame on this place and shame on this doctor. Shame on you people.

I’ve been with Dr Pat a while and love her. She’s one of the best endocrine doctors I’ve had (I’ve had many in the last 25 years) the office is having some difficulty keeping up with the demand of new patients and with Covid and everything, I went in person to make my appointment and it was super fast and easier than leaving voicemails and waiting. I've called 4 times within the last 3 weeks trying to make my first appointment nobody has called me yet... I'm a new patient...and judging by the reviews I have read. I'm guessing this isn't the doctor you would want to place you healthcare with.. if I don't get a call this week I give up

BEEN WAITING FOR DR SINCE MY LABS WERE DONE BEGINNING OF APRIL!!!!! Something fishy about this office!!!!! Complained to my primary and ins company. Just now got a phone call from receptionist for a "phone appt" with the Dr. The receptionist couldn't explain to me where the Dr has been for over 3 months and why I've been ignored. Trust me! You will waist your time calling or emailing them! Go elsewhere! Hopefully the ins companies will know what is going on here and get to the bottom of it. They never answer their phone. I have left messages with detail information to please call back and they never return calls. Been trying to reach this place for a month and nothing.

Hello This office is horrible, cancel appointments for no reason and do not re schedule after waiting for months to be seen. Receptionist is extremely rude and is not knowledgable. This is not the way I would run any business or practice. Extremely unprofessional.

This Dr. might not exists. I called every day for almost 4 weeks, and got an answering machine everytime. The recording says they return calls within 24 hours. Eventually the recording said "mailbox full", I kept trying everyday and they never emptied the mailbox. I eventually gave up. I think this "dr. Pat" might be somekind of insurance scam, not sure if she is a real person. There are a lot of scammy Dr. offices around LA. This Dr. might not exists. I believe the Dr. Doesn’t exist anymore I am calling the office and it goes directly to voicemail that it takes 3-4 minutes to listen and in the end after the beeb says the voicemail is full and can not accept any messages. I am trying about 1 month every day at list once to try my luck . It took a lot calls to be able to leave a message. But didn’t received any call back. She was my doctor since 2019 that I am seeing after my thyroidectomy. It is very frustrating not to receive any response specially if you have to be under treatment all your life! Wow! Really unprofessional! 3 months ago my mom gave them her insurance information and made an appointment, waited 3 months, confirmed the appointment 2 days ago, and then less than 24hrs before the appointment they sent an email on a Sunday night at 8pm saying "do not come we do not accept your insurance." She waited all this time to be canceled on less than 24hrs before the appointment! This is an important health matter. They could have told her earlier about the insurance so that she could have found another doctor instead of waiting for this one. Extremely disappointed! Wow! I have had a very good experience with Deborah, NP -- we have phone appointments, which works out great! I do agree, with reviews about the phone system -- it goes directly into voicemail -- not good because if you require a prescription to be refilled, you cannot reach the office staff

I see endocrinologists every year for my thyroid problem and I’ve seen about 5 different once so far. Dr Pat is one the best. I had phone appointment with her and she spend almost half an hour on the phone with me when other doctors are like 5-10 min max. She is a good listener and she doesn’t overprescribe or try to get as much money from you as possible. Very nice doctor. Worst experience ever!!! I Do not recommend these people ever. The staff are extremely lazy, not helpful, and very disrespectful. Took me almost a year to set up an appointment. on my initial appointment, I was rushed because of overbooking mistake by the staff. Looks like these people hate their job and try any excuse to get out of setting up appointment or doing their job. I honestly cant believe they are still in business. If I can give a negative star , I would.

Amazing doctor and wonderful experience! The office staff is so incredibly nice and helpful! Dr Pat is so sweet and generous. She took time to listen to my thyroid issues, asked questions and she really knows her stuff! Inside and out! She's so smart and helpful! Their office is beautiful and it's worth the drive from Hollywood to see a great endocrinologist!

Great doctor. She cares and listens. Provides practical advice. I highly recommend her.
