When I came to Iliana I'd been struggling with things for a few years - traumatic relationships had destroyed my self-esteem, and I was struggling to get out of bed in the morning and go to work. Iliana helped me to deconstruct negative thought patterns and feelings, to think about painful situations more rationally and to cope with acute traumatic feelings that would send me spiralling into panic. She helped me slowly rebuild my self-esteem and my positive thoughts, to stop criticizing and hating myself and start taking care of myself again. She is one of the most bubbly, compassionate therapists I've had. She helped me find joy in life again.
