Doctor Miranda was a very good doctor; however, the problem is the front desk staff. That is the reason why I have to switch my pcp because of the attitude of the staff. They Need a thorough training as to how to take care of customers.

The lady answering the phone needs a new job because obviously she hates hers.
worst customer relations ever! Remove front lady from her position and your office reviews will thrive! I dread calling the office because of her !and I need help with my xr AND SHE HAS NO EMPATHY FOR: Dr. Miranda patients care and urgency.
I have been with Dr. Miranda for over 20 years. I like her she is easy to talk to. She listens and allow you to participate in your care. I think she is a very good doctor.
Dr. Imelda Miranda gets a Five Star rating in every category listed from me. She is a caring doctor, very concerned about her patients. Knowledgeable of medicine and competent.
Dr. Miranda is the BEST Doctor!!!! The office staff are not the friendliest people on the other hand, and it’s always attitude central with them.
Recently I took my mom here and I have to say the front desk receptionist very friendly and Dr.Miranda wonderful beside manner. Highly recommend this office.
